Desde MRM estamos buscando incorporar en nuestro equipo de Digital un perfil de Community Manager con experiencia en el sector Fútbol. Necesitamos una persona muy organizada, meticulosa, con experiencia en elaborar calendarios de publicaciones, pensar ideas creativas para ejecuciones de campañas o activaciones específicas de RRSS. Buscamos alguien con ingenio para participar en conversaciones con fans y en tendencias relevantes a la marca, especialmente en Twitter (sí, aquí le seguiremos llamando Twitter) y en TikTok.
HABILIDADES:
- Es imprescindible tener experiencia trabajando en el sector Fútbol, idealmente que haya trabajado para marcas patrocinadoras de este deporte.
- Periodista
- Experiencia de 1-2 años en Social Media como Community Manager de una marca.
- Atención y cuidado a los detalles y redacción impecable.
- Experiencia trabajando para marcas en canales de FB, TW, Instagram (incluyendo Reels) y TikTok.
- Experiencia interactuando con la comunidad, no sólo respondiendo a dudas e incidencias, también es muy importante que tenga creatividad para participar en conversaciones con brand lovers o colándose en tendencias o TTs, con un tono cercano.
- Deseable experiencia previa con ejemplos de participación en TT o real time marketing.

- Elaborar copies creativos para Social Media
- Planificar calendarios para marcas con un portafolio variado de productos o submarcas, numerosas campañas y variedad de audiencias.
- Elaborar calendarios de contenidos, del mes y de campañas (proponer ideas, redactar copies y planificación de publicaciones / canales).
- Elaborar briefs a Creatividad para contenidos del calendario del mes / campaña.
- Copy ingenioso y creativo para generar conversaciones con la comunidad, no sólo de ATC, sino con la personalidad de la marca.
- Identificar TT y tendencias en Twitter, Instagram y TikTok, a las que sumarse proponiendo publicaciones o contenidos real time creativos y de actualidad.
- Gestionar concursos en RRSS con herramientas como easypromos.
- Realizar coberturas de eventos de marca, de forma presencial o en remoto. Varios eventos ocurren en fines de semana.
- Participación en la producción de vídeos para Reels y TikTok, aportando ideas y participando en la grabación, con el equipo de Content Creators de la marca.
- Mantenimiento continuo de la categorización de publicaciones en Excel.
- Elaboración del análisis y aprendizajes en informes mensuales y de campaña.
- Comunicación directa con cliente y diferentes interlocutores.
