Nuestro cliente es una empresa con una fuerte presencia internacional, fundada en 1985, que ofrece servicios globales para empresas de transporte. Estamos buscando un Sales Representative que hable español e inglés, y esté viviendo en Murcia para impulsar el crecimiento y desarrollo de la empresa en el mercado nacional
Tareas
- Mantener y fidelizar la cartera de clientes activa
- Presentar los productos y servicios de la empresa a los clientes, promoviendo nuevos productos a clientes actuales
- Ampliar la red de contactos explorando el mercado para atraer nuevos clientes
- Realizar visitas comerciales a nivel nacional
- Gestionar la cartera de clientes (incidencias, consultas, facturación, tarjetas, pagos, servicios, autorizaciones, etc.)
- Apoyar en la revisión y seguimiento de contratos y evaluación de riesgos de los clientes
- Carnet de conducir tipo B
- Hablas español nativo y un nivel de inglés B1-B2
- Cuentas con al menos 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, preferentemente en el sector del transporte
- Te gusta viajar
- Eres un apasionado de las ventas
- Manejas de CRM (Salesforce o similares) y Office 365
- Eres positivo y trabajas bien en equipo
- Atractivo paquete retributivo que consiste en salario fijo + salario variable según objetivos

- Flexibilidad horaria: de lunes a jueves (entrada de 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., y salida de 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.),y viernes horario intensivo (entrada de 8 a 9 a.m., y salida de 2 to 3 p.m.)

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients in the packaging industry.
- Establish contact with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows.
- Present and demonstrate packaging solutions to prospective clients based on their specific requirements.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their packaging requirements.
- Regularly visit clients to review product performance and explore new opportunities for additional sales.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries and concerns.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts or territory.
- Develop and implement sales plans, including product pricing, to meet or exceed market share and profitability goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's packaging products and services, including technical specifications, materials, and applications.
- Offer consultative sales solutions by aligning product features with customer needs.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and product presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Close sales deals and ensure accurate, timely delivery of products to clients.
- Follow up on all sales opportunities and ensure proper documentation of orders and client communications.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, client feedback, and market intelligence, for review with management.
- Track sales performance against targets and provide insights into potential improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure product alignment with client needs.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client preferences, product demand, and market trends.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, ideally within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging products and materials such as cardboard, plastic, flexible packaging, and eco-friendly alternatives.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing deals in a competitive market.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation, relationship-building, and solution selling.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of packaging materials, products, and industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex products in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Client-focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide customized packaging solutions that add value.
- Problem-solving: Adept at resolving customer issues and overcoming obstacles in the sales process.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales reporting tools, and other business management platforms.
