Job Description
The Kaplan Languages Group (KLG) is looking to recruit a B2B Sales Executive for Europe. The position is based at our Head office in Barcelona, Spain.
In this role you will be responsible for directly managing the European sales area to maximise sales revenue and meet company objectives. You are in charge of maintaining long lasting business partners’ relationships and sourcing new partner agencies.
- Sales market direct responsibility in the European Markets
- Coach, support and encourage agent partners in order to exceed sales objectives
- Ensure consistent & profitable growth in sales revenues
- Answer agents’ requests with efficiency and appropriately within the advised time frame
- Provide agents with regular and appropriate training about KLG portfolio
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings, delivering weekly briefs and monthly reporting
- Implement sales strategies with the goal of developing and establishing new accounts
- Travel regularly in the market areas to ensure good cooperation and training with our business partners. Represent the company during major industry fairs and events
- Collaborate with the KLG Regional Director – CIS & Europe – in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company
- Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with KLG Regional Director, CIS & Europe
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results, constantly working within budget; understanding targets and budgets, not abusing of company resources, never use for personal use
- Benchmark regularly language schools industry as well as non-industry leading players and focus on direct competitors
- In collaboration with the Marketing team, establish a communication strategy with the business partners
- Work in close collaboration with the customer care and operations teams to ensure that students and agents receive the most customer-friendly support before and after arrival on site
About You
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Business related fields such as, not limited to, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Tourism, Administration, Management
- Sales operations experience in the travel & language education industry
- B2B and/or B2C proven sales track record, results driven
- Quality focus and detailed oriented

We are looking for International Sales Executives - responsible for sponsorship and/or advertising sales - for our clients in the (Mining) events sector operating in Sub-Saharan Africa.
This position requires a candidate ambitious in sales, preferably with a proven sales track record, especially in events and media. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented and committed to our clients. Experience in events, marketing/communications or the oil and gas/energy industry is a plus. Descripción
- Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mantener relaciones con los clientes existentes.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de venta para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
- Presentar y vender los servicios de transporte y distribución de la compañía.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Ventas para mejorar los procesos y estrategias.
- Proporcionar informes regulares sobre el rendimiento de las ventas y el mercado.
- Participar en eventos de la industria y establecer contactos profesionales.
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente para fomentar la lealtad y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado y los cambios en la industria de transporte y distribución.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Título universitario en Negocios, Ventas o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia demostrada en ventas en la industria de Transporte y Distribución.
- Habilidades excelentes de comunicación y negociación.
- Capacidad para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mantener relaciones con los clientes.
- Conocimiento sólido del Negocio Marítimo.
- Gran capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos.
