What You Will Do
This position is responsible for driving and program managing various growth initiatives, tracking, analyzing, and communicating performance to internal and external stakeholders.
The role involves leading and managing growth programs, ensuring that each function delivers on its commitments to meet program schedules and outcomes. The Program Manager represents the organization in regular cadence meetings, providing clear and concise updates on the status of all owned programs.
This highly visible position works closely with senior stakeholders across the region, functions, and branches to lead and manage various growth initiatives, analyze and synthesize business performance, and proactively facilitate problem-solving efforts to achieve growth targets at both regional and country levels.
How You Will Do It
- Drive and program manage the development, launch, activation, and enablement of Growth Initiatives and Programs by collaborating with Service, Operations, and Sales leaders across regions, countries, and branches
- Track, report, and analyze individual country performance on growth initiatives, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to meet regional and country growth targets
- Facilitate discussions to identify and resolve the root causes of underperforming KPIs, working closely with service leadership and regional/country service teams. Regularly track and report progress on corrective actions
- Implement and execute best-in-class program management practices, including cadence planning, impact assessment, and problem resolution
- Provide value-added analytics utilizing tools such as Excel and Power BI to support informed business decision-making and drive service growth at the regional and country levels
- Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Detail oriented and with ability to work under pressure, mentally resilient with a propensity to persevere
- Exceptional communication skills (bilingual preferred), both written and verbal, to a variety of audiences at all levels
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts preferred
- Familiarity with best-in-class program management tools and practices will be highly valued
- Engineering & technical experience with building industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

We expect that our Store Managers deliver memorable retail experiences by:
- Leading, motivating and mentoring your store teams to drive a customer first approach

- Keeping on top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory, P&L etc.
- Reporting performance metrics and demonstrating your understanding of KPIs to improve your store results
- Making sure your store looks great, in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
- You love interacting with customers. The joy of helping a customer find the perfect product is special and you get that. Working in a store can be demanding, no problem for you, as you are resilient and self-driven
- You know how to develop a great team who share your passion and vision to make every shopping experience outstanding. You take pride in mentoring employees, seeing them grow and having fun too!
- You have experience in all facets of running a store, including budgeting and planning, retail operations and merchandising
- You have excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems
- You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary

Desde Adecco trabajamos con una importante empresa, líder en la gestión de estacionamientos, parkings y garajes privados,
Actualmente se encuentran en búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a de Facturación que realice las siguientes funciones:
-Facturación, elaboración remesas, seguimiento de cobros, cierres y cuadres de facturación. Cuadres de facturación con Excel.
-Puesta en funcionamiento del proceso de facturación y tratamiento de los abonados en nuevos centros de producción.
-Resolución incidencias con clientes.
-Apoyo a otras tareas administrativas.
Requisitos
-Experiencia contrastada (al menos 2 años) trabajando en entornos con grandes volúmenes de facturación (Al menos 5.000 facturas al mes) y diferente tipología de
facturas.
-Conocimientos de entornos de facturación afectados por IGIC y operaciones intracomunitarias.
-Manejo de ERP que integre el proceso contable y de
facturación de la empresa. ERP que procese grandes volúmenes de información (Navision, SAP, Business Central,)
-Nivel alto de Excel (tratamiento y cuadre de datos), requisito imprescindible.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
-Incorporación Inmediata y directa con empresa.
-Pinar de Las Rozas (Las Rozas de Madrid)
-Jornada completa, 40 horas semanales. De lunes a jueves de 08:00 a 16.30 horas, con
media hora para la comida; y los viernes jornada intensiva de 08:00 a 15.00 horas
-Contrato de trabajo indefinido con el periodo de prueba que marque el convenio.
-Salario en torno a los 21.000-23.000 € brutos anuales
-Posibilidad de teletrabajar entre uno y dos días por semana.
