The Project Manager will plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of projects utilizing the assigned project teams, as well as standards, practices, and toolsets established within Flowserve. You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project activity is regularly reported to the client and performed as per agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions.

Your role:

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution, performance, and safety (project initiation to project completion) on all assigned projects.
• Drive improved customer relationships through creating a work environment that is free of unfavorable circumstances or perceptions for either party, that meets or exceeds performance expectations of the customer.
• Ensure a "clean order" before commencement of work on an assigned project and utilize the change management system to control the scope of work and associated cost, throughout the life of the project.
• Coordinate activities of all matrix reports (per Project).
• Responsible for managing spending expectations on each assigned Project.
• Communicate to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues. Follow the right escalation processes and take overall ownership of all reports.

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experience
• Excellent estimating, scheduling & budgeting skills
• Proven experience in risk and change management
• Greenbelt, Blackbelt or Lean training experience preferred
• Rotating equipment experience
• Adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience
• Team building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Buscamos un Project Manager con formación y experiencia en diseño gráfico, especializado en la gestión de proyectos creativos y producción gráfica. Es imprescindible un alto dominio de los programas de Adobe y otros softwares de diseño, así como conocimientos técnicos en impresión y formatos digitales.

Funciones del puesto

Planificación y coordinación de proyectos de diseño, asegurando plazos y calidad.

Supervisión de materiales PLV, artes finales y assets digitales antes de producción.

Revisión y validación de archivos, garantizando que cumplan con los requisitos técnicos.

Gestión de briefs detallados para optimizar el trabajo del equipo creativo.

Apoyo al equipo en dudas sobre software y procesos de producción.

Asegurar que los materiales cumplan con estándares de impresión y formatos digitales.

Identificación de tendencias de diseño y aportación de valor creativo.

Organización y mantenimiento de archivos siguiendo procesos internos.

Requisitos

Formación en Diseño Gráfico o disciplina afín.

Experiencia en agencias creativas o estudios de diseño en un rol de gestión de proyectos.

Dominio avanzado de Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign (se valorará experiencia en Cinema 4D y otros programas 3D).

Conocimientos sólidos en artes finales, troqueles, impresión y formatos digitales.

Capacidad para tomar decisiones ágiles ante desafíos creativos y técnicos.

Habilidad para coordinar equipos y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.

Organización y atención al detalle para garantizar calidad en cada entrega.

Conocimiento de tiempos de producción para una planificación eficiente.
