Estamos buscando un o una Responsable de Marketing para una empresa del Sector de la Madera, en Murcia.
¿QUÉ SE OFRECE?
- Contrato indefinido
- Horario de L a V de 8 a 17 horas (con parada para comer).
- Salario entre 25.000 y 35.000 euros/brutos anuales en función de la experiencia aportada al puesto
- Desarrollo de Materiales Promocionales: Crear y gestionar catálogos, folletos, presentaciones y otros materiales de marketing que el equipo de ventas utiliza para atraer y convencer a los clientes.
- Estrategias de Trade Marketing: Diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing que se centren en promover productos en el punto de venta y aumentar la demanda. Esto puede incluir promociones, descuentos, exhibiciones en tiendas, etc.
- Análisis del Mercado y la Competencia: Investigar y analizar las tendencias del mercado, el comportamiento del consumidor y las actividades de la competencia para adaptar las estrategias de marketing y ventas en consecuencia.
- Soporte al Equipo de Ventas: Proporcionar apoyo continuo al equipo de ventas, ofreciendo capacitación sobre los productos, las estrategias de marketing y las mejores prácticas para cerrar ventas efectivas.
- Gestión de Presupuestos y Recursos: Administrar el presupuesto asignado para las actividades de marketing y asegurar que los recursos se utilicen de manera eficiente para obtener el máximo retorno de inversión.
- Coordinación de Lanzamientos de Productos: Planificar y ejecutar lanzamientos de nuevos productos, asegurando que el equipo de ventas esté preparado y que se implementen estrategias promocionales efectivas.
- Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajar estrechamente con otros departamentos, como comercial y gerencia, para garantizar una experiencia de cliente coherente y efectiva.
- Formación en Marketing, Relaciones Públicas o similar
- Experiencia demostrable de más de 3 años como Responsable de Marketing
- Vivir en Murcia o alrededores.
- Experiencia en el sector de la madera o similar.

When you join Amazon as an Area/Shift Manager, you’ll gain experience leading a large and diverse team to make sure your area of the business keeps pace with demand. While you implement your team’s approach to drive productivity, you’ll also work closely with your colleagues to address challenges, which means no two days will be the same.
Key job responsibilities
Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
Analyse and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts
Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture
Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
A day in the life
You’ll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You’ll also monitor and maintain process efficiency. Your days will always include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work and wide-scale operational contingency planning.
Being a key part of the operations team involves working with colleagues in other teams and external partners to make sure we stay on track to meet our customer demands and targets. This will involve analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area, as well as discussing the operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.
Basic Qualifications
Currently in final year and working towards a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and Spanish
Relevant experience in performing data analysis
