Are you interested in assisting researchers in training the next generation of audio machine-learning models? This research aims to improve the models' understanding of human speech and requests and make them more friendly and compassionate.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Spanish
• Ability to express a wide range of emotions through voice
• Ability to record in a quiet environment without background noise
• Access to an at home recording studio
• Experience with any voice-related work (e.g., voiceover acting, podcasting, audio narration)
• Access to a high-fidelity microphone for recordings
  
  

• Background in on-screen or on-stage acting, classical voice training, or vocal music
• Access to an audio interface device
  
  

• Record short conversations that convey different emotions, accents, and audio modulations
• Review and provide feedback on recordings made by other users
• Review and edit scripts
• Ensure high-quality audio by maintaining clear, professional recordings
• Save files to Audacity and maintain organized file management

En PcComponentes buscamos a Agentes de Atención al Cliente con conocimientos en producto tecnológico para nuestro equipo de B2B. Los nuevos agentes proporcionarán atención primaria a los clientes B2B en relación a la campaña temporal de Kit Digital.

Las Responsabilidades Principales Serán

• Atención a clientes B2B vía Zendesk: Responder consultas de clientes sobre la gestión de sus bonos, resolver problemas y atender quejas sobre la labor de los partners, proporcionando soluciones efectivas tanto en consultas relacionadas con el Kit Digital como otras propias de B2B.
• Soporte telefónico a usuarios que quieren tramitar el Kit Digital. Contactar con clientes vía telefónica que han iniciado o quieren iniciar su tramitación del Kit Digital.
• Gestión del Kit Digital: Encargarse de la implementación y administración del Kit Digital para nuestros clientes. Gestión de acuerdos de Red.es, facturación, gestión de expedientes, etc.
  
  

• Capacidad de comunicación y aptitudes relacionales con clientes.
• Experiencia demostrable en un puesto similar en atención telefónica y por escrito.
• Nivel alto en mecanografía y ortografía.
• Nivel intermedio de inglés
