FUNCIONES/RESPONSABILIDADES: Customer Service (contacto directo con el cliente/agente): enlace con los clientes de las oficinas en el extranjero y con las empresas de transporte.
Instrucciones origen/oficina, realización del booking, teniendo en cuenta contrato a utilizar, tratando de optimizar los contratos especiales existentes junto con Procurement.
