About The Job

• You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
• Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions, groups and transfers meet the agreed quality and operations standards.
• Overseeing Operation during excursion operation day and supporting, gathering and feedback information of any incidents or accidents that may occur.
• Managing and loading all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations.
• Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
• Managing amendments and communicating them to Service Delivery Team and suppliers, guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: Encargarse de responder las llamadas entrantes procedentes de dentro y fuera del hotel de forma amable y atenta. Escribir mensajes con precisión para nuestros huéspedes y entregar los mensajes de manera oportuna. Gestionar las solicitudes de los huéspedes y su estado confidencial. Atender las solicitudes de despertador personal de los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas y las solicitudes de despertador automático de los huéspedes de grupos y tripulaciones. Mantener actualizada la lista de teléfonos con el personal nuevo y de las bajas, de los procedimientos de emergencia, de las promociones especiales y del conocimiento general de los productos del hotel.

The job of Telefonista/ Telephone Operator is successfully executed when:

• The incumbent in this position is responsible for answering all incoming calls originating from within and outside the hotel in a friendly and caring manner.
• Telephone lists are up to date.
• Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
• Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.

A PROPOS DU POSTE

Nous recrutons des stagiaires hébergement ou F&B pour renforcer notre équipe passionnée et bienveillante.

Stage Support Hébergement

• Accueillir chaleureusement les clients à leur arrivée et effectuer les formalités d'enregistrement conformément aux procédures établies,
• Gérer les check-in et check-out de manière efficace et professionnelle,
• Traiter les réservations avec précision et répondre aux demandes des clients,
• Conseiller les clients sur les activités locales et leur apporter les réponses pratiques durant leur séjour,
• Coordonner avec les autres services pour assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle,
• Assister le chef de réception dans ses tâches quotidiennes,
• Assister le Général Manager de l’établissement sur des projets transverses.
  
  

Stage Support F&B

• Organiser la mise en place des offices et de la salle
• Garantir l'expérience client
• Conseiller la clientèle grâce à son excellente connaissance de la carte et des produits
• Effectuer le service en respectant les règles précises de la profession : prise de commande, mise en place en fonction de la commande, débarrassage, redressage
• Assurer le suivi de son rang : repasse de pain et boissons, maintient les tables ordonnées et propres pour garantir une expérience agréable
• Réaliser des opérations de fin de service : rangement, mise en place du prochain service
• Veiller à maintenir les espaces dans un état optimum (propreté, entretien et état de fonctionnement)
• Respecter et suivre des standards esthétiques, définis par la direction (grooming, mise en place),
• Assister le Général Manager de l’établissement sur des projets transverses.

A PROPOS DE VOUS

Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’hôtellerie et disposez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles que vous souhaitez mettre à profit durant ce stage de 6 mois.

Vous avez un bon niveau d’Espagnol et Anglais.
