Key Responsibilities

• Warmly Welcomes and Bids Farewell to Guests, Creating a Magnetic First and Lasting Impression that Reflects the Legendary Spirit of The Pacha Group.
• Assists the Front Office Team by Maintaining an Authentic and Engaging Presence in the Hotel Lobby, Providing Information and Ensuring Every Interaction is Memorable.
• Provides Attentive Support to the Guest Relations Team by Assisting with Escorting VIP Guests to Their Rooms and Sharing Enthusiastic Guidance on Facilities, Events, and Special Offers.
• Learns and Supports the Essentials of Coordinated Hospitality Operations by Collaborating with the Front Office Team.
• Participates in Daily Briefings and Operations Meetings, Observing and Learning from the Vibrant Flow of Operations at Destino Five Ibiza.
• Adheres to The Pacha Group’s Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations, Maintaining a Safe and Dynamic Environment for Guests and Pacha Family Members Alike.
• Promotes In-House Facilities, Events, Food and Beverage Outlets, and Special Promotions under the Guidance of the Guest Relations Team.

Los hoteles están gestionados por Ennismore, la empresa hotelera lifestyle de más rápido crecimiento, en colaboración con el Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, propiedad del fondo de inversión Apollo.

Bajo la dirección general del Assistant Director of Finance, deberá garantizar la validez y exactitud de todas las facturas, así como su adecuada asignación y su pago puntual.

TU DÍA A DÍA

• Contabilización de facturas de proveedores en el sistema contable.
• Creación de vendedores/proveedores y conciliación de extractos y seguimiento de contratos.
• Preparación de la ejecución de pago con todas las facturas pertinentes para el ADOF
• Revisar la Antigüedad AP y justificar los importes pendientes antiguos.
• Preparación y contabilización de los diarios de fin de mes relacionados con las Cuentas a Pagar.
• Asistir al asistente del DOF en las conciliaciones mensuales del libro mayor.

¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO?

• Experiencia previa en un puesto similar dentro del sector de la hostelería, aunque no es imprescindible.
• Demostrar conocimientos sobre temas, productos, sistemas y procesos relevantes para el puesto.
• Mantenerte actualizado técnicamente y aplicar nuevos conocimientos a tu trabajo.
• Conocimientos de Excel; de nivel intermedio a avanzado. Se valorará el conocimiento de Power BI o similar.
• Eres capaz de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y hacer frente a la presión.
• Buena organización y gestión del tiempo. En los hoteles que solo abren para la temporada de verano se experimenta un gran volumen de trabajo concentrado en unos pocos meses. Es por ello que es de vital importancia ser organizad@, trabajar de manera eficaz y gestionar bien el tiempo.
• Creatividad e innovación: Capacidad para generar ideas de manera constante en diversos entornos, desde situaciones cotidianas hasta en el lugar de trabajo.
• Mentalidad abierta: Disposición para explorar nuevas ideas y enfoques, reconociendo que algunas pueden ser más efectivas que otras, pero siempre con la voluntad de probar y aprender de la experiencia.
• Idioma: Se requiere dominio del español. El inglés será considerado una ventaja.
