Tu misión principal será la activación del mercado local directo (Pymes) y creación de una cartera comercial local con foco en las nuevas concesiones recientemente incorporadas en el área de Madrid: Señalización, Marquesinas, Gran Formato, Centros comerciales digitalizados.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

-         Prospección comercial del mercado local

-         Captación y fidelización de nuevas cuentas

-         Contribuir a la creación de una cartera local y a la aceleración del volumen de negocio en la zona mediante la venta directa y transversal del porfolio comercial corporativo

-         Se requiere proactividad, capacidad de organización y autonomía

-         Orientación al cliente y a los objetivos establecidos en actitud colaborativa para el trabajo en equipo

¿Qué ofrecemos?

-         Contrato indefinido y directamente con la empresa

-         Jornada completa

-         Horario: L-J 09.00H - 18.00H y V 09.00H-14.30H.

-         Horario julio y agosto de 08.00H-15.00H

-         Salario Bruto anual: 27k a 30 k + bonus muy atractivo

-         Vehículo corporativo. (A los 6 meses de la contratación)

-         Incorporación inmediata

-         Ubicación: San Sebastián de los Reyes

Requisitos:

-         Experiencia requerida en Publicidad Exterior, valorable en otros medios de publicidad (radio, tv, vallas publicitarias…)

-         Bagaje comercial en ámbito local, soltura en la prospección directa (Puerta fría) y creación, desarrollo y mantenimiento de la cartera propia.

-         Titulación media/superior

-         Manejo de paquete MS Office

-         Contar con carnet de conducir y vehículo propio

-         Residir en la Comunidad de Madrid

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Are you curious about customer behavior and interested in retail? Join us as a Design Research Intern and be part of our diverse, distributed team of twenty researchers based in Madrid, Malmö, and Amsterdam.

We’re looking for a curious and motivated student or graduate in design research, sociology, psychology, or a related field. Our ideal candidate is in the final years of their studies and preferably has some training in digital design, along with a strong interest in the field.

In this role, you’ll help uncover insights to improve IKEA’s customer experience across store, web, app and new services — by engaging with both customers and co-workers. Alongside conducting tactical user research, you will also support colleagues in larger exploratory research projects. You will gain hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods, including in-store visits and online research.

This internship is a great opportunity to not only develop research skills, but also to work with global teams, and to gain experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

We are offering four internships in this area:

1) UX Design Internship for Product Adoption

We are looking for a Service/UX Product Designer to validate product usage with users across different markets and analyse product metrics to identify friction points. You'll design proposals to address these issues, working closely with our development team to bring your ideas to life.

This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in the full design process, from research to implementation, while being fully integrated into our team. You'll participate in key ceremonies to understand design’s role within a software development team and actively contribute to our success.

2) Product Design Internship for Innovation & Sustainability

We are seeking a Product Designer intern to contribute to a groundbreaking initiative that blends 3D office construction, intelligent product recommendations, service enablement, and sustainability. This project offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies within a dynamic business environment.

Some of the responsibilities you'll have are:

• Assisting in the development and integration of 3D visualization tools for office construction and product placement.
• Contributing to the implementation of AI-driven recommendation systems to enhance customer shopping experiences.
• Supporting the integration of sustainable practices into project workflows and solutions.
• Collaborating on the enablement of service solutions, bridging technology and practical business needs.

3) Design Internship for xLab Innovation

Join us in shaping and running the first Global Experience Lab (xLab), located in our Alcorcón store, in Madrid. At the xLab, you’ll have the opportunity to support the team by enabling experiments, workshops and events that are helping our Digital and Retail organizations move forward and adopt a more innovative and continuous learning mindset.

This internship offers a hands-on experience, immersing you in key areas such as user research, communication & UX design, 3D modelling, tech exploration and driving innovation in large corporations like IKEA.

4) Design Internship for IKEA Membership Experience

Want to design experiences that help millions of customers bring their home ideas to life? We’re looking for a design intern to help shape the IKEA Family membership journey, from the screens people tap in our stores to the services that power it all behind the scenes.

As part of the IKEA Family team, you’ll dive into real projects that span digital touchpoints, third-party service integrations, and the full membership experience. You’ll get hands-on experience with design research, product design, and service design, all while contributing to building a seamless, omnichannel experience for our members.

· Gestionar las llamadas entrantes y salientes del Call Center, proporcionando atención personalizada y de alta calidad, incluyendo el envío de información cuando sea necesario.

· Administrar consultas y solicitudes recibidas a través de distintos canales (teléfono, correo electrónico, página web, etc.), garantizando una respuesta efectiva y oportuna.

· Brindar apoyo en el seguimiento de llamadas para los colegios SEK, especialmente durante los momentos clave de las campañas.

· Utilizar herramientas de gestión como Salesforce para optimizar la administración de datos (altamente valorable).

· Desempeñar múltiples tareas simultáneamente, priorizando y gestionando el tiempo de manera eficiente.
