We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our sports resort. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination across all departments, driving operational excellence, and enhancing guest satisfaction. The Operations Director will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency, control costs, and maintain high service standards while reporting directly to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all resort operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, sports, recreation, and guest services
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience, optimize efficiency, and ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration
- Monitor resort performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Drive a guest-centric culture, ensuring high standards of service across all departments
- Analyze guest feedback, implement action plans, and continuously elevate service standards
- Work closely with the F&B, sports, wellness, and hospitality teams to ensure smooth daily operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality
- Control operational expenses, focusing on cost reduction, resource optimization, and revenue growth
- Implement and monitor cost-control initiatives across departments, including procurement, inventory, and labor management
- Establish clear performance KPIs for department heads and ensure accountability for results
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve operational workflows
- Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to provide a seamless guest experience
- Oversee health & safety compliance, ensuring all operational areas adhere to industry and legal standards
- Act as the key liaison between the resort and the corporate leadership team, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to drive business growth and revenue generation
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and local authorities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operations Director, Resort Manager, or similar leadership role in a resort, hospitality, or leisure industry
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations, health & safety compliance, and local legal requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages such as German and/or Scandinavian language is highly valued
- Significant understanding of seasonal work, accepts flexibility in schedule and “walks the extra mile"

En Lemontik estamos en busca de un Diseñador Gráfico apasionado por el marketing, meticuloso y creativo para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal debe contar con experiencia en la creación de diseños visuales impactantes, tanto para medios impresos como digitales, y tener una fuerte capacidad para colaborar en proyectos con equipos multidisciplinarios.
Responsabilidades:
- Diseño de material gráfico para redes sociales, señalética, maquetación y papelería.
- Creación de mockups para páginas web y animaciones de motion graphics.
- Diseño de pósters, flyers, merchandising y tarjetas de visita.
- Asesoramiento y atención al cliente para ajustar el diseño a sus necesidades.
- Colaboración en el desarrollo de la experiencia de usuario (UX) y diseño de interfaces (UI) para plataformas web.
- Elaboración de videos modernos y de actualidad, se valora mucho conocimiento en After effects, Premier o parecido.
Requisitos:
- Formación en Diseño Gráfico, preferiblemente con título superior en Diseño o formación similar.
- Dominio de herramientas de diseño como Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, After Effects y Premiere.
- Experiencia en la creación de material gráfico para medios digitales e impresos.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo plazos ajustados con un alto nivel de atención al detalle.
- Se valorará la experiencia en motion graphics y el diseño de experiencia de usuario (UX).
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico, preferiblemente en entornos creativos o de agencias.
- Experiencia previa en el diseño de catálogos, videos corporativos, maquetación de productos, y diseños para e-commerce.
Idiomas:
- Nivel intermedio de inglés (B2). Se valorarán conocimientos en otros idiomas.
