We require a junior to provide support to the Marketing team. We are specially looking for a person with the ability to manage multiple tasks and with and ordered and organized approach to work.

Primary responsibilities will be to contribute to the development of the digital marketing strategy, develop messages to the target audiences through the different channels, execute events, campaigns and other activities, all coordinated with the different lines of business. Reporting to the Marketing team should have a strong internal and external client orientation and can-do attitude to deliver measurable results.

Tasks will include:

Collaboration with the sales team and client support. B2B & B2C.

Assistance with logistics, point of sale displays and event organization.

Management of CRM data and documentation.

Preparation of marketing presentations and promotional activities.

Elaboration of Market Studies and campaign reports.

Email marketing, press releases and web management.

Coordination of the Marketing tactical plan and execution of campaigns: Sales aids redaction, Creation of marketing/sales templates, POS Kit, Training materials, E-learning platform - complete device ready for launch

Discussion with creative agencies, development of promotional materials and / or writing sales pitches. Implementation of promotional campaigns.

Relationships with external service providers (communication agencies, printers).

Ensure that the line of business teams are aware of and leveraging campaigns; events, tools and materials created by the marketing department to their benefit.

Track and report marketing Key Performance Indicators.

• Excel and Powerpoint
• Initiative and proactivity
• Ability to foster collaboration along cross-functional teams with enthusiasm and creativity
• Sales and results orientated
• Dynamic , high energy, collaborative attitude, team player, creative and fun
• Knowledge Digital Marketing and proficient skills in utilizing marketing tools
• We will provide the required training to carry out the tasks that the position requires.
• Student of last year Degree or Master in Marketing or Busiss and DIgital Marekting
• High level English spoken and written. Portuguese will be a plus
