Role Description
Santander seeks a senior Business Analyst, experienced in working with market-making Credit traders and understanding their requirements. The role of the Business Analyst will be critical to ensure full definition, visibility and understanding of the requirements across all stakeholders, and to communicate the detail of the requirements to the technical teams and architectural lead, to ensure deliver of a high-quality solution.
The Business Analyst will also perform project management functions; tracking and communicating progress to stakeholders, senior management and to the Rates/Credit Programme Manager.

• Participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques.
• Supporting the product owner with decision making, serving as the ´bridge´ between developers and product stakeholders.
