PERFIL

· Grado en Comunicación y Periodismo Audiovisuales o Titulación en Publicidad y RR.PP,

Marketing o Comunicación.

· Al menos 3 años de experiencia demostrable en posición equivalente dentro del sector Inmobiliario.

· Actitud pro-activa para el cumplimiento de objetivos.

· Formación específica y acreditable en marketing digital y community manager, diseño, etc.

· Conocimientos en edición de video y diseño gráfico.

· Formación en automatización del marketing.

· Idiomas:

- Castellano: Nivel Alto hablado y escrito.

- Inglés: Nivel Alto (C1) hablado y escrito.

Se valoran positivamente otros idiomas: Francés, Alemán, Danés, Holandés, Sueco, etc.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO (enunciativo no limitativo)

• Ofrecer soluciones innovadoras y creativas adaptadas a las tendencias sociales y a las necesidades de la compañía.
• Conceptualizar y diseñar estrategias de marketing digital y RRSS.
• Diseñar y ejecutar campañas en Social Ads y Google Ads.
• Dinamizar y mantener los diferentes perfiles sociales de la compañía.
• Planificar y desarrollar calendarios editoriales.
• Crear contenidos audiovisuales atractivos y de calidad para compartir en medios sociales o realizar acciones de captación de tráfico.
• Redactar contenidos para medios sociales, blogs y sitios web corporativos, transmitiendo valores de marca, con orientación SEO y vocación persuasiva.
• Planificar, crear y enviar campañas de email marketing en Mailchimp.
• Implementar códigos de seguimiento para el control de la efectividad de las acciones realizadas en la estrategia global de visibilidad web.
• Generar informes trimestrales con KPIs de seguimiento analítico y conclusiones sobre las acciones realizadas, con propuestas de mejora y capacidad de liderazgo para cumplir los objetivos marcados.
• Mantenimiento de web de la compañía (wordpress) y landings asociadas a proyectos.
• Maquetación y diseño de material comercial (Vallas, dosieres, tarjetas de visita, material diverso).
• Apoyo a otros departamentos de la compañía en necesidades de diseño.

CONDICIONES LABORALES

• Incorporación Inmediata y estable a una empresa joven y dinámica con una importante presencia en el mercado Inmobiliario desde Nerja a Sotogrande y un excelente ambiente laboral.
• Horario de Lunes a Jueves de 9:00 a 18:00hs. Viernes de 9:00 a 15:00hs.

• Salario: 25.000€ brutos anuales + incentivos por cumplimiento de objetivos.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and maintain OPERA Cloud PMS to meet the specific operational and property level requirements of each Resort.
Provide day to day technical and administrative support, including diagnosing and resolving system issues related to OPERA Cloud and other Resort systems.
Collaborate with various departments (FoH, Housekeeping, Finance, Revenue) to align system configurations with evolving business processes
Lead and deliver staff training sessions on OPERA Cloud functionality and best practices.
Stay informed with the latest OPERA Cloud updates, enhancements, and 3rd party integrations to ensure continuous improvements in system performance and guest service delivery.
Implement and support other resort systems, including but not limited to
Micros Simphony POS
Guest engagement platforms (e.g. Civitfun)
Integrated Payment Gateways
System interfaces and data flows between Resort and 3rd party systems


Requirements- Essential

Proven experience working with OPERA Cloud PMS, in a technical or administrative or super-user role.
Solid understanding of hospitality operations and how PMS systems support them
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Spanish or English at professional level is a must.


Requirements – Desirable

Certification in OPERA Cloud or other hospitality/property management systems.
Exposure to APIs or other systems integration technologies
Experience in multi-property or resort environments.
