Descripción de la oferta

En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar Consultores Inmobiliarios para nuestra división de Residencial basados/as en nuestras oficinas de Málaga.

Funciones

• Gestión de propiedades, cerrando los encargos de venta, analizando la documentación técnica de la propiedad y realizando las visitas comerciales.
• Definición y establecimiento de la estrategia comercial para la venta de las propiedades.
• Búsqueda de propiedades que se adecuen a la demanda de clientes compradores.
• Relación con propietarios, realizando valoraciones comerciales de propiedades, informes de seguimiento de visitas, acciones comerciales, así como la gestión de ofertas y la preparación de documento de arras.
• Coordinación con los agentes de la comercialización de las propiedades de su cartera.
• Realización de visitas comerciales con clientes compradores, gestión de ofertas y reservas, y coordinación del comprador hasta escritura.
• Desarrollo de negocio: participación en eventos de clientes y ampliación de la red de contactos personales.
  
  

• De 2 a 4 años de experiencia profesional en real estate residencial - área ventas.
• Experiencia en la captación de propiedades de lujo en Málaga.
• Nivel alto de español y de inglés, hablado y escrito.
• Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas: francés, ruso, holandés y/o alemán.
• Usuario avanzado de Microsoft Office.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo en un entorno internacional.

Right now, we are looking for an SAP SD/Order to Cash Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

The opportunity
You´ll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions from SD/Order to Cash area including S/4HANA. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and on Premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.

Your key responsibilities
As a member of our team, you´ll have a chance to extend your experience. You´ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Procurement and Logistics. You´ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have
