The name Hasler is synonymous worldwide with Swiss quality in the railway sector and is well anchored in it. HaslerRail is looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager International (m/f/d) for our Site in Madrid Getafe.
In an international environment, you will support the sales department during the offer phase and, after signing the contract, take over the project management for the customer-specific production of the railway equipment. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the project and thus contribute a lot to the satisfaction of our customers.
Main tasks:
- Leading the project team and ensuring the success of the project in financial, scheduling and qualitative terms.
- Support of sales during the preparation of the offer.
- Direct communication and support of our customers.
- Forming the interface between sales, system engineering, development, and those organizational units that provide human resources to the project.
- Helping to improve organizational and administrative processes within the team.
- Organization and execution of product acceptance tests together with the customer in Madrid or at our production site in Prague.
- Triggering and Monitoring Changes and Modifications.
- You have electronic engineering degree or technical discipline with good knowledge of electronics.
- PMP certification (CAPM or PMP) would be considered as a valuable asset.
- You have experience in managing projects, preferably in the railway sector or in a technical field with high quality and normative requirements.
- Reliability and conscientiousness are among your distinct strengths.
- You are mentally flexible and thirsty for knowledge.
- You have assertiveness and are cost-conscious.
- You have excellent communication and documentation skills in both Spanish and English (other languages are an advantage).
- You like to work autonomously as well as in a team and like to pass on your specialist knowledge.
- You have the ability to identify and assess vulnerabilities, risks and opportunities.
- You enjoy travelling, coordinating and communicating.

Your main mission as Project Manager will be to manage projects in the development of new products within the renewable energy sector. the PMO will support the project management office (PMO) by ensuring timely and accurate information flow from the development team, particularly from project managers in specific engineering areas. This role focuses on identifying impacts to the critical path, risks, buffer consumption, key decisions, and blocking points.

The Challenges You Will Face
- Attend development meetings in European time zones and record key discussions.
- Capture and summarize impacts to the critical path, risks, and buffer usage.
- Identify and document key decisions and blocking points.
- Synthesize and electronically share meeting notes, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Highlight urgent or high-impact issues that require immediate attention.
- Maintain organized records of discussions and decisions for future reference.
- Ensure efficient and structured communication between the development team and the PMO.
- Technical background

- You will receive a phone call from the Talent Acquisition team, where you can discuss more details about the project, your experience and your salary expectations (15 min).

Como Gestor/a de proyectos, tu misión principal será el aseguramiento y control de tareas específicas que aseguran el cumplimiento normativo y la alineación con las regulaciones aplicable.
Los retos a los que te enfrentarás:
- Entender el marco normativo: Identificar leyes, normativas y políticas relevantes.
- Definir objetivos claros: Establecer metas específicas de cumplimiento.
- Gestionar stakeholders clave: Coordinar con equipos legales, compliance y reguladores.
- Evaluar riesgos: Identificar brechas normativas y planificar su mitigación.
- Diseñar el plan del proyecto: Incorporar hitos y controles alineados con compliance.
- Documentación clave: Crear políticas y procedimientos, y gestionar la documentación.
- Capacitar al equipo: Asegurar formación en normativas aplicables.
- Definir herramientas y KPIs: Monitorear el cumplimiento mediante indicadores.
- Validación inicial: Revisar el plan con expertos en compliance.
- Monitorear avances: Realizar controles periódicos para garantizar el cumplimiento.
Qué te hará triunfar en el puesto:
- Tener experiencia en gestión de proyectos, ya que liderarás el mismo
- Experiencia en industria textil para comprender los procedimientos e identificar y resolver problemas de manera eficaz.
- Conocimientos en el área de calidad, ya que te ayudará a comprender y garantizar la excelencia en los procesos y productos que manejamos.
- Conocimientos avanzados en Excel, ya que realizarás el seguimiento de KPI’s y medirás/reportarás informes sobre la consecución de ellos.
- Nivel de inglés C1, ya que habrá constante comunicación en este idioma

Cómo será el proceso de selección:

- Si te llama la atención el proyecto, tendrás una primera entrevista online con el/la responsable de Talent Acquisition para resolver las dudas sobre el proyecto (40 min).
- La última fase, será una validación técnica presencial con el responsable del proyecto y conocerás con más detalle cómo es el día a día (45 min).
