What You'll Do
As a Junior Innovation Project Manager, you'll be ultimately responsible for the project success, smoothing any issues and managing timing and deadlines, dealing with different interests, personalities, and priorities. The ability to understand different perspectives, terminologies, and sometimes even different accents and expressions, is a skill that will be essential and developed over the years. Once you are familiar with the context, you will contribute from the organisational and technical perspective in writing proposals and offers. You will soon become the final responsible for the project outcomes, ensuring alignment of product deliveries with expected impact.

You combine logic and organisational skills with pragmatic creativity and a problem solving mentality. Having a passion for people and finding solutions to their needs is a must. Natural leader with strong empathetic and communication skills. You enjoy healthy competition and making the world a better place. El reto será:
Gestionar proyectos garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuesto y calidad establecidos.
¿Cuál será tu día a día?
- Gestión de Proyectos: Supervisar el ciclo de vida del proyecto, desde la planificación hasta la entrega, asegurando la alineación de todos los involucrados.
- Comunicación constante: Coordinar y mantener la comunicación con las partes interesadas, incluyendo los equipos internos y externos, para garantizar el progreso adecuado de los proyectos.
- Gestión de registros: Mantener actualizados los registros de riesgos, suposiciones, incidencias y decisiones, facilitando la gestión del proyecto.
- Organización de eventos del proyecto: Planificar y coordinar reuniones y eventos del proyecto de manera eficiente.
- Gestión de la documentación: Asegurar que toda la documentación del proyecto esté organizada y sea suficiente para garantizar una correcta comprensión del proyecto.
- Desempeño en la PMO: Participar activamente en el diseño de metodologías y buenas prácticas, apoyando a los equipos para mejorar su eficiencia.
- Gestión de incidencias: Controlar las incidencias y resolver cualquier problema operativo que pueda surgir.
- Seguimiento de KPIs: Mantener actualizada la información de la PMO y realizar el seguimiento de los KPIs.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Titulación superior, preferiblemente en ciencias o áreas afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Project Manager, gestionando altos presupuestos.
- Experiencia con Metodologías Agile como Scrum Master.Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos como JIRA y Confluence.
- Nivel alto de inglés.
Habilidades
- Iniciativa y autogestión.
- Organización y capacidad de priorización.
- Mentalidad analítica.
- Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales.
