What You Will Do
- Develops strategies and makes technical recommendations to achieve medium and long-term performance objectives.
- Translates customer objectives into technical goals for the propulsion system.
- Ensures contracted objectives are met by aligning technical definitions with cost/value targets.
- Predicts customer complaints through surveys and addresses them.
- Leads multidisciplinary team meetings and represents the Customer Performance department in high-level decision-making meetings.
- Education: Industrial or Mechanic Engineer with high knowledge of the operation of thermal engines. Master's or PhD in combustion engines (specially diesel engines) will be highly valued.
- Experience: At least 6 years of professional development in:
- Convergence of listed services.
- Calibration of engines or gearboxes.
- Design of powertrain mechanical components.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Working in areas like decontamination, efficiency, injection control unit tuning, engine calibration, mechanical design, and powertrain component reliability.
- Languages: High level of spoken and written English, French is a plus.
- Softskills:

- Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
