🔎 ¿A quién estamos buscando?
- Grado en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, ADE, Derecho o dobles grados o afines (abstenerse resto de grados). Muy valorable Máster relacionado.
- Experiencia previa de prácticas en departamentos de RRHH muy valorable.
- Posibilidad de incorporación a jornada completa y de manera presencial en nuestra sede de Alcobendas.
- Nivel de inglés alto (se hará prueba)
- Habilidad ofimática alta: focus en Powerpoint y Excel (se hará prueba)

- Selección: publicación de ofertas, criba curricular, gestión de entrevistas.
- On-boarding de empleados.
- Formación: gestión del Plan Anual de Formación, contacto con proveedores, gestión de la facturación.
- Administración de personal: gestión de consulta de empleados, gestión del buzón de RRHH, redacción de documentos y certificados.
- Nómina: revisión de la nómina, comunicación de cambios en la nómina.
- Desarrollo: gestión de promociones internas, recepción y archivo de cartas de promoción.
- Participación en proyectos especiales internos y de central.
- Gestión de horarios.

About The Role
Join our EMEA Clean Energy and Sustainability team. Gain hands-on experience in project management, sustainability initiatives, and collaborating with partners.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities
Project Coordination:
- Learn how to plan, complete, and monitor clean energy and sustainability projects across the EMEA region.
- Improve organizational skills by effectively coordinating project schedules, tracking breakthroughs, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
- Build expertise in project documentation, including writing briefs, preparing progress reports, and crafting presentations.
- Strengthen communication skills by acting as a point of contact between senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Gain experience in coordinating and facilitating meetings, capturing action items, and following up on progress.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with collaborators both within and outside the organization.
- Acquire data analysis skills by collecting and analyzing data related to sustainability and clean energy initiatives.
- Learn how to generate insights that support strategic decisions.
- Develop proficiency in crafting reports and dashboards to monitor project performance.
- Explore emerging trends and standard methodologies in clean energy and sustainability through research.
- Improve critical thinking by providing innovative recommendations to improve project outcomes.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A passion for clean energy and sustainability, with curiosity to learn about the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
- Eager to develop strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Eager to improve communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in learning project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Analytical approach with enthusiasm for interpreting data and presenting insights.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced written and spoken English (entire process will be in English).
- Hands-on experience contributing to impactful clean energy and sustainability projects across the EMEA region.
- Exposure to senior leadership and insight into strategic decision-making processes.
- Development of key skills in project management, data analysis, and professional communication.
- A comprehensive understanding of the clean energy and sustainability landscape.

Here at RS, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our world-class People Function as a People Specialist covering Iberia. This individual will truly sit at the very heart of our Iberian operations, interacting with every department of our organisation at a variety of levels up to D-suite.
So, what will you be doing?
This is an incredibly varied role but as a general overview; you will ensure that all People activities and processes are aligned to our Group values and behaviours, and of course, in compliance with local legislation. Beyond this you will also provide support and HR knowledge to the Iberia market, whilst partnering with Global and European HR teams to successfully run and complete the People processes in Iberia.
What else would you be responsible for?
As mentioned, this position is incredibly varied and wide-ranging, so please see below for a view of the other responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support on the Onboarding processes.
- Identify local needs and support in the execution of the local people strategy.
- Develop social relations actions and ensure strong relationships are built with social partners and oversee collective labour agreements are observed.
- Support the varied phases of employee journeys: Recruitment, L&D, Talent, compensation…
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to ensure that the TA needs for the market are met in a timely and effective way.
- Own the D&I plan and the related actions.
- Articulate and ensure the right deployment of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support managers on performance management practices.
- Partner with the Talent management team to ensure tools and solutions are appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, key stakeholders, and social partners.
- Bring new and innovative thinking to the market, looking at best practice and ensuring that we remain First Choice as an organisation.
- Attend regular meetings with the Iberia People team and other market functions to ensure that the internal communications actions are aligned with the Region / Iberia´s objectives.
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, leavers, insurances, public updates, working with the external agency.
- Manage payroll process with the external agency, ensuring all policies and systems are current & updated to ensure accuracy.
- Speaks English fluently and can translate business documents.
- IT literate, with proven ability in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Power BI to extract, manipulate and display data in a meaningful and insightful manner.
- Excellent stakeholder management ability with exceptional communication skills.
- A team player, who is also able to be assertiveness and influential.
- Able to work on their own initiative and have a proactive approach.
- Can operate in a highly dynamic team, matrixed environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Understands and uses relationships to drive effective collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
- Can position themselves as a trusted advisor to People function, peers, and managers.
