About The Role
This will be Codeway’s first senior finance hire. You will report directly to the CEO and build the company’s financial planning and strategic finance capability from the ground up.

This is not a role where you inherit a team or an existing playbook. There is currently no FP&A function, no formal planning cycle, and no dedicated strategic finance layer. You will establish the foundations and over time, build and lead the team behind them.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a high-growth consumer tech, mobile, or gaming company — ideally within the $100M–$500M revenue range. You’ve seen what scaling a finance function requires and have been hands-on in building it.
• Strong fluency in app store economics, subscription models, and digital revenue dynamics. This is a consumer apps business, you should be deeply comfortable operating in that environment.
• A track record of building from zero. You’ve established FP&A processes, built planning frameworks, or played a meaningful role in IPO readiness or major transactions.

Requisitos

• Ingles C1
• Experiencia como UI Designer, Digital Designer o Product Designer en agencia o entorno digital.
• Dominio de Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD o herramientas equivalentes de diseño UI.
• Sólido conocimiento de layout, tipografía, grids, espaciado y jerarquía visual.
• Conocimiento de principios UX, patrones de interacción y comportamiento responsive.
• Capacidad de colaborar con desarrolladores y comprender limitaciones técnicas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
• Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de diseño, librerías de componentes y toolkits escalables.
