We are growing our Enterprise Sales team locally and looking for someone who will be primarily responsible for engaging with Enterprise prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers.
What is important for us is the mission : as an Account Executive, supported by BDRs, you will find leads, understand the needs of our Enterprise prospects, present our delightful product, drive sales and manage key customer relationships until they sign the contract.
At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. ¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?
Seguimiento de acciones internas y programas de formación.
Realización de entrevistas de salida y seguimiento de los planes de acción.
Apoyo en el diseño de programas de formación y lanzamiento de iniciativas formativas.
Apoyo en la implementación de evaluaciones de desempeño para potenciar el talento.
Análisis del clima laboral mediante encuestas y estudios para mejorar el entorno de trabajo.
Seguimiento de políticas internas de gestión de personas.
Colaboración con los equipos de liderazgo para la identificación y desarrollo de talento.

REQUISITOS
Estudios: Estudios en Psicología/ADE/ Relaciones laborales y afines.
