Are you a creative marketing professional with big ideas? We’re looking for someone to lead our friendly and talented Marketing team in Madrid. You’ll work with colleagues in Spain and around the world.

About the role

This role leads our Marketing team based in Madrid. In this key role, the post holder will develop, manage, and implement the marketing strategy for Spain to generate demand for our products and services, increase brand awareness and develop customer loyalty.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead and develop compelling customer value propositions and promotional plans for ELT and local language products and services in Spain.
• Design and deliver effective product lifecycle strategies for digital products and services.
• Create compelling customer experiences to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Track and analyze product and promotion performance.
• Manage and develop talent within the Spain Marketing team.

About you

We need someone who is creative, customer-focused, and ready to learn quickly. You should have experience running big marketing campaigns across multiple channels and delivering great results.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing strategy across different channels.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Budget and people management experience.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle a busy workload.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong presentation skills.
• A creative thinker who can solve problems and bring new ideas.
• Qualifications in marketing or publishing.
• Knowledge of Spain’s education market.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
