¿Te apasiona la salud mental y te mueve contar historias reales con sensibilidad y profundidad?
Desde U4IMPACT buscamos de 1 a 3 copywriters freelance con experiencia en redacción creativa y de contenido para ayudarnos a recoger y plasmar lo vivido en un evento anual, centrado en la salud mental de los profesionales sanitarios.
El objetivo es la creación de un manuscrito que sirva como documento resumen de la IV edición del evento y que refleje las emociones, testimonios y aprendizajes que surgen durante las dinámicas del encuentro.
Responsabilidades
Capacidad para observar, escuchar activamente y sintetizar información.
Interés por el ámbito de la salud mental (muy valorable).
Participación activa en el evento para recoger impresiones y testimonios.
Entrega del documento final redactado y maquetado.
🧾 Remuneración: 500€ (proyecto cerrado a entrega del manuscrito final).

Buscamos una persona creativa, proactiva y con sensibilidad estética para gestionar las redes sociales y blogs de Agencia de Viaje con dos submarcas vinculadas al turismo cultural y responsable. La colaboración es a tiempo parcial y está pensada para alguien con experiencia previa en comunicación digital, especialmente en redes sociales e inbound marketing.
Funciones principales:
• Planificación y publicación de contenidos en redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook y LinkedIn)
• Creación de textos atractivos adaptados a cada marca y canal
• Diseño y edición de imágenes y vídeos básicos para RRSS
• Interacción con la comunidad: respuestas a mensajes y comentarios
• Gestión y redacción de entradas en los blogs de ambas marcas (1 post/mes por marca aprox.)
• Seguimiento de estadísticas y propuesta de mejoras
• Capacidad de creación de contenidos escritos y visuales
• Coordinación con el equipo interno de la empresa
Requisitos:
• Experiencia previa como Community Manager, preferentemente en sectores relacionados con el turismo y la cultura
• Conocimiento avanzado de Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn y herramientas como Meta Business Suite, Canva, Metricool o similares
• Excelentes habilidades de redacción y ortografía en español e inglés
• Nivel alto de inglés (valorable)
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, con iniciativa y criterio propio

This role sits in the communications team reporting to the director of communications.
Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.
What your day will look like
- Develop a communications strategy across multiple channels, with a focus on excellent planning and timely delivery
- Deliver regular analysis and reporting on various communications channels, content performance and campaigns results
- Support the growth and nurturing of Canonical's digital audiences, while increasing engagement rates and valuable actions
- Develop flair with copywriting and asset creation to create messaging that aligns with the brand and its personality, and drives audiences towards action
- Be responsible for executing A/B and multivariate growth tests
- Be audience centric, focusing on platform and community moderation, as well as direct audience engagement
- Create awareness on integrated campaigns, product launches, webinar series, industry announcements and core content
- Package all of Canonical's product offerings and educational material creatively, from bare metal, AI, Kubernetes to chats on diversity and CSR
- Understanding of best practices for communications in tech
- Hands-on knowledge of social media management tools like Sprout Social, an understanding of web analytics tools (social and web like Google Analytics) is a plus
- Proficiency with at least four social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Reddit
- An analytical eye and a good sense for the type of content that performs best depending on platform and objective
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong content marketer
- Proven ability to prioritise and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Affinity for planning is a must, experience with project management tools like Jira is an advantage
- Interest in video and production, with some projects or strong thoughts on the use of video in social media
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal or external events
