Position Summary:

You will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s visual identity across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering compelling content for paid media campaigns, sales materials, and social media. A key part of this role will be ensuring that our data room materials are regularly updated with the latest branded assets, pitch decks, and investor-facing materials. We are looking for a multidisciplinary designer with strong graphic and video skills. Motion graphics experience would be a plus, but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Media & Performance Marketing Design – Create scroll-stopping ad creatives for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Video Editing & Content Creation – Work on video content for ads, social media, and campaigns.
• Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling – Maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity across all assets.
• Data Room Management – Ensure our sales and investor materials are continuously updated and aligned with brand standards.
• Social Media Graphics – Design assets for organic and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Print & Event Design – Create brochures, banners, exhibition materials, and promotional items.
• Website & UI Graphics – Work with developers and the marketing team to design landing pages, UI elements, and web assets.
• Creative Problem-Solving – Go beyond the brief and bring new, innovative ideas to the table.
• Motion Graphics (Bonus Skill) – Experience in After Effects or similar tools is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).
• Experience in Figma (UI/UX, web design).
• Video editing skills – Comfortable working with short-form and long-form content for digital marketing.
• Experience designing for Paid Media – Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display ads.
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and modern design trends.
• Self-starter mindset – Someone who can take ownership and run with creative ideas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Bonus: Experience with 3D design, animation, or AI-driven creative tools.

Somos un equipo creativo, fundado en 2008 en Marbella, proveedor de servicios de marketing y publicidad para una amplia gama de clientes, tanto nacionales como internacionales. Buscamos implementar los métodos más innovadores, diferenciándonos de los mecanismos habituales marcados por las grandes empresas del sector.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?
Conceptualización de campañas ON y OFFLINE
Diseño y creación de piezas gráficas, tanto impresas como digitales.
Diseño de identidades de marca (Branding, identidad de marca, etc.).
Diseño Corporativo.
Diseño de packaging, folletos, catálogo de productos,…
Diseño y maquetación de documentos.
Adaptación de formatos digitales para impresión.
Artes finales para impresión.


Riquisitos
Principalmente, debe de ser una persona creativa y con gran capacidad para diseñar.
Experiencia mínima en diseño digital (app, web, banner, newsletter).
Manejo de Abobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Manejo de Figma
Manejo de midjourney y otras herramientas de AI.
Diseño y gestión diarios del flujo de trabajo entre nuestros clientes y la imprenta.
Control de procesos internos y externos.
Coordinación de trabajos.
Planificación de la producción.
Optimización de los procesos.
Detección de problemas y su solución.
Se valorará nivel de inglés


Además, sería genial si la persona interesada contara con:
Dominio de varios idiomas.
Conocimientos de fotografía y de retoque fotográfico.
Conocimiento de 3DMAX, Cinema4D u otro.

Rango salarial: Según perfil.
Tipo de contrato: Indefinido.
Horario: Flexible de entrada 08:00h a 10:00h y jornada consecutiva.
Puesto Híbrido: Lunes, Martes y Jueves trabajo en oficina, Miércoles y Viernes tele trabajamos.
Oficinas en pleno centro de Marbella a 100m de la playa. Con todas las comodidades.
Vacaciones: 22 días
