En Monday estamos buscando un/a Community Associate para nuestro centro en Málaga.

Buscamos un perfil operativo enfocado al bienestar de la comunidad y a la experiencia de cliente.

¿De qué va el puesto?

Nuestros Community Associate se encargan de gestionar el día a día del centro y supervisar todas las operaciones desde el front desk. Para este puesto necesitarás una gran atención al detalle, rigor en el cumplimiento de procesos, excelencia en atención al cliente y un gran don de gentes.

Serás la persona que lidere la parte de eventos y el nexo natural entre la comunidad y Monday.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

• Deseable 2 años en gestión de activos, preferiblemente oficinas en puestos similares al de office manager, coordinador de eventos.
• Formación en el gestión de empresas, comercial/marketing o turismo.
• Experiencia demostrable en la generación y ejecución de eventos.
• Alta orientación al cliente para facilitar una experiencia única en el centro.
• Se siente cómodo creando sinergias entre la comunidad, potenciando y liderando eventos.
• Dominio de Excel y Power Point a nivel usuario.
• Gran atención al detalle y capacidad organizativa.
• Potencial para ventas/orientación comercial, persona sociable, capacidad empática.
• Competencia completa en inglés.
• Capacidad de gestionar y liderar una comunidad.
• Proactividad y autonomía.
  
  

• Onboarding – bienvenida a nuevos workers Gestión de la bienvenida a la comunidad del nuevo miembro tras la firma del contrato. Presentación del centro y la comunidad y acompañamiento durante los primeros días.
• Facturación – emisión y seguimiento de cobros Gestión del proceso de facturación mensual, emisión de facturas a cierre de mes, seguimiento de los cobros, explicación a cliente y solución de incidencias.
• Operativa – gestión del día a día Coordinación de proveedores (limpieza, mantenimiento, seguridad…) para entregar una excelente experiencia de cliente. Control diario del estado del centro para mantener estándares de calidad. Gestión de eventos internos y externos. Persona de referencia y resolución de incidencias desde el front desk.
  
  

• Contrato indefinido tras 6 meses de prueba
• Interesantes condiciones compuestas por salario fijo de acuerdo con experiencia profesional.

• Horario central de lunes a viernes y disponibilidad algún sábado al mes, según necesidades del centro
