Adecco colabora con empresa ubicada en la zona norte de Madrid, en la incorporación en su plantilla de un/a Office Manager.
Funciones principales:
-Supervisar el mantenimiento general de la oficina, garantizando que esté limpia, organizada y operativa.
-Coordinar la compra y gestión del material de oficina (material de oficina, equipos, etc.).
-Supervisar los gastos de oficina y mantener el presupuesto dentro de los límites establecidos.
-Gestionar las relaciones con los proveedores y prestadores de servicios (limpieza, reparaciones, etc.).
-Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad de la oficina.
-Gestionar y dirigir las llamadas telefónicas y los correos electrónicos entrantes.
-Gestionar la correspondencia física y digital.
-Organizar y coordinar reuniones internas y externas.
-Coordinar la logística de eventos y actividades de la empresa (por ejemplo, reuniones, seminarios, almuerzos de equipo).
-Proporcionar apoyo a varios departamentos, ayudando con tareas administrativas cuando sea necesario, por ejemplo, Recursos Humanos:
-Ayudar en la gestión de las nóminas y las prestaciones de los empleados.
-Coordinar la incorporación de nuevos empleados y las necesidades de RRHH relacionadas con la oficina.
-Gestionar la programación de los viajes de los empleados cuando sea necesario.
-Actuar como punto de contacto para cuestiones relacionadas con la oficina y otros asuntos administrativos.
Se requiere:
-Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o similar.
- Experiencia, al menos de 10 años en un puesto similar.
-Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) y/o Google Workspace.
- Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (como Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) y herramientas de colaboración.
-Puede ser muy valiosa la experiencia laboral previa en funciones administrativas o de apoyo, como asistente administrativo, coordinador de oficina o recepcionista.
-También es muy deseable experiencia en gestión de equipos, manejo de presupuestos o recursos, o coordinación de eventos.
-Capacidad de comunicación eficaz y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
- Actitud proactiva y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
-INGLÉS nivel alto C1-C2 imprescindible.
Se ofrece:
-Contrato indefinido directamente en la empresa
-Jornada completa
-Horario: de lunes a jueves de 9 a 18:15h y viernes de 9 a 15h. Julio y Agosto, jornada intensiva de 8 a 15h.

As Global Events Manager, for Horse Powertrain and its divisions Aurobay and Horse, you will inspire our employees and external audiences, and help deliver our business objectives by creating, managing and evaluating external events.
You’ll report to our Global Brand Director and work closely with our fantastic Communications team and colleagues from across the Horse Powertrain family. You will lead collaborative teams for specific events, working closely with senior managers and external agencies as needed. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and dynamic events manager to help us confirm Horse Powertrain’s position as an innovative, credible powertrain business.
This is a global role involving extensive travel to attend events and between our offices, and can be based in Gothenburg, London or Madrid.
What You Will Do
- To plan and project manage external events for Horse Powertrain and its divisions, in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and based on audience understanding.
- To oversee budget planning, event administration (including venues, booth planning, travel planning, speaker slots), product preparation and evaluation for all events, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
- To work with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of creative assets for events and related digital and print marketing communications.
- To attend live events on-site and support the delivery of behind-the-scenes content.
- To support with (but not lead) internal events as appropriate.
- To help keep Horse Powertrain and its divisions’ collaborative content management tools up to date.
- A proven track record of event management, including planning, budgeting and administration, event asset preparation and evaluation
- Hands-on experience of managing external agencies around event planning and asset delivery
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, coupled with a love of team working and collaborating across functions
- Business focus and an understanding of the strategic purpose of external events in building a great brand experience
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to innovate to drive the transition to net zero.

Do you have analytical skills and have you managed interdepartmental communication? We are looking for a person who understands and supervises action plans to achieve the proposed goals in purchasing performance. This will require a person to monitor and encourage the achievement of the plans.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the proposed action plans.
- Formulate alerts on performance deviations and follow up on action plans.
- Coordinate and prepare reviews with the Purchasing team.
- Quantify risks and opportunities, and analyze supplier performance.

- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business and finance or similar.
