Requisitos mínimos:

• Disponer preferiblemente de la titulación en Física, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o Informática, o Matemáticas.
• Al menos 6 años de experiencia en compañías de productos o proyectos de Cifra.
• Experiencia balanceada en posiciones técnicas y orientadas a la innovación y al mercado/negocio.
• Proactividad, creatividad, pensamiento estratégico, liderazgo, capacidad de comunicación, atención al detalle
• Conocimiento de las tecnologías y los mercados de cifra.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• Ejercer internamente la coordinación de una familia de productos de Cifra, contribuyendo a la búsqueda de sinergias entre distintas áreas y marcas de la compañía.
• Lanzar propuestas de innovación consistentes con el roadmap de producto de cifra y hacer un seguimiento continuo a las actividades de desarrollo de producto.
• Generar nuevos conceptos de productos de cifra, a partir de tecnologías disruptivas habilitantes (ej: QKD, PQC) y de un profundo conocimiento del mercado.
• Participar en la definición interna de la estrategia de los productos de Cifra, ayudando a expandir el portfolio y a alcanzar los objetivos de negocio en un mercado global.
• Disponer de una línea de producto de Cifra sostenible, competitiva y balanceada (presente/vanguardia), garantizando que los productos desarrollados satisfacen las expectativas del mercado.
• Maximizar el desarrollo comercial de los productos asegurando la consecución de objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad.

About this role:

Planning the production of a range of animal food products on one or more production lines, so that optimum utilization of production is obtained and the products are available on time.

An OpCo may have one or more production lines/sites. In the smaller OpCo’s 1 or 2 planners take care of all planning activities. ¿Qué harás?

Buscamos a una persona que lidere la identificación, desarrollo e implementación de casos de uso de IA en Qida. Este rol combina funciones de AI Product Manager, AI Prototype Builder (no-code y/o low-code) y de AI Evangelist.

Las Responsabilidades Incluyen:

• Participar en la definición de la visión y estrategia IA en Qida: Liderar conjuntamente con el CPO el desarrollo del roadmap de AI de Qida, estableciendo cómo la inteligencia artificial puede apoyar a nuestros familias y a nuestra organización. Para ello es clave estar al día de las oportunidades que ofrece esta tecnología
• Coordinar el desarrollo de prototipos y MVPs E2E: Producir soluciones funcionales no-code / low-code, de manera iterativa, en conversación continua de iteración con el negocio (líderes y miembros de equipo) y en colaboración con Data Engineers y Software Engineers. Idealmente imaginamos que el AI PM pueda desarrollar prototipos completos de manera autónoma en casos no-code/low-code más sencillos (mediante Make, 8n8, Lavable, Cursor, etc) y que se apoye en el equipo de desarrollo para los casos más complejos de prototipo. En casos de uso de complejidad media-alta se valorará también el potencial desarrollo con una agencia de desarrollo IA externa
• Gestionar los casos de uso de IA punta a punta: Gestionar todo el proceso de los casos de uso en colaboración con nuestro equipo de desarrollo: Desde la ideación, validación del "proof of concept", coordinación del desarrollo del MVP, implementación, captura de valor y mejora continua. Lo importante es asegurar el éxito del caso de uso y el valor capturado
• Empoderar la organización en IA: Asegurar que los miembros de la organización entiendan y aprovechen todo el potencial del IA en su día día, educador el negocio; traducir detalles técnicos en beneficios claros para audencias no técnicas

La Inteligencia Artificial es un campo tan nuevo que es imposible definir un perfil muy concreto ni tampoco se pueden pedir “2 años de experiencia implementando casos de uso en IA…”.

Seguramente nos imaginamos un buen encaje con perfiles provenientes de Producto, Transformación Digital o Desarrolladores, pero estamos abiertos de conocer otros tipos de candidatos que cumplan los siguientes requisitos.

Requisitos:

• Propósito: Eres buena persona y tienes ganas de cambiar al mundo a mejor (te importa lo que haces con tu trabajo y el impacto que tienes en la sociedad con él)

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Formando parte del equipo comercial online, te responsabilizarás de las ventas y la gestión del stock en los países que te sean asignados a nivel internacional. Además, llevarás a cabo el análisis de la competencia y del comportamiento de nuestros/as clientes/as para proponer mejoras en nuestras plataformas de venta online.

¿Qué harás?

• Gestionarás el Producto a nivel web, detectando necesidades especiales de mercado.
• Gestionarás los niveles de estoc en los centros de distribución según previsión de ventas y ciclo de vida del producto.
• Analizarás las ventas de tus mercados y propondrás acciones de mejora con el objetivo de maximizarlas.
• Estarás a cargo de la disposición del producto en la web mediante su categorización, creación de menús, secciones especiales web, visual merchandising, etc.
• Te coordinarás con el resto del equipo E-commerce para la segmentación de contenidos comerciales por país (emailings, homepages, redes sociales, etc.).
• Organizarás y gestionarás las campañas promocionales y las rebajas en tus mercados.
• Participarás de la estrategia comercial, junto al resto de áreas implicadas en el proceso de venta online.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Imprescindible capacidad para comunicarte en árabe, inglés y español con fluidez.
• Experiencia de al menos 3 años en posiciones Comerciales de empresas del sector Fashion/Retail, y especialmente, en posiciones relacionadas con la venta de productos o servicios online.
• Persona familiarizada con las métricas de comportamiento de usuarios/a y enfocada a negocio.
• Uso avanzado de Microsoft Excel.
• Pensamos en una persona dinámica, con capacidad de organización y priorización, y que disfrute con el trabajo en equipo.

About The Opportunity

Our Development Experience segment's mission is to make it simple for the product builders at N26 to build products, troubleshoot, make decisions, protect our customers while adhering to the highest regulatory standards, which is powering N26 to reach the next 100 million customers.

The DevEx segment consists of 3 groups that define the tooling and interactions for all product development for the bank - Enablement, Software Logistics and Observability. This segment owns key products used in development like the integration and delivery pipelines, product paths to observe and troubleshoot how our products are doing, product paths to run experimentation, and many more. The segment serves one of the most important and core functions that helps our bank innovate with speed at scale.

We are looking for a data-driven, technically savvy, Product Manager to help work extremely close to our internal customers and build a great enablement layer within the Development Experience segment of the future bank and help deliver key growth and operational metrics.

In This Role, You Will

• Deliver a world class Development Experience enablement layer, fully compliant and user-centric.
• Help build the strategy for the evolution of N26’s Development Experience products, its interactions with the rest of the organisation, its global rollout and the decision to build vs buy.
• Deeply understand the needs of the segment customers - teams developing the products and services built on top of the Data Platform, understand how it enables their success, and identify clear product improvements.
• Help us understand where there are inefficiencies in the way that we do things and create solutions to enable our product, engineering, and design teams to make the biggest impact.
• Be the glue of the team. Clearly communicate the product vision and ensure alignment between product, engineering, design and cross-functional groups (e.g. Bank, Legal, Compliance, Product teams, commercial departments)
• Be a decision maker. Possess complex decision making skills rooted in analytics, user feedback, and business goals. Set clear goals, priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations.

In this role of Production Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and auditing production planning and appropriate material scheduling in a way that cost effectively meets business requirements

As Part Of Your Principle Accountabilities, You Will

• Ensure and implement the efficient management of ongoing Mill Production plans to facilitate sales and production capability.
• Ensure and implement ongoing material ordering and scheduling for the Mill and appropriate external manufacturing locations including raw materials and packaging.
• Lead stock capacity and management for principal materials.
• Lead and participate in appropriate Mill and external system development to ensure the Mill optimises its resources and its technologies in providing accurate, timely and useful information.
• Maintain the Mill internal control system in line with Kimberly Clark CFI’s.
• Network with appropriate Mill, region and sector EMEA IFP Stakeholders with respect to operational, logistic, sales, marketing and business product planning.
• Lead the rapid resolution of production planning issues arising as a result of variations to sales forecast or unplanned production interruptions.
• Support the improvement of Mill systems and procedures for monitoring material usage in conjunction with Product Supply Analyst and Operations Co-ordinators
