What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an International Sales Manager to join our team.
This role requires a proactive leader who can identify business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and expand our international market reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international real estate sales and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams.
What Will You Do in Your Day-to-Day?
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and convert international clients.
- Keeping track of sales targets and providing regular reports on progress and challenges to management
- Monitor and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies and enhance competitive advantage.
- Build partnerships with international agencies to drive sales growth.
- Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities to expand TM Real Estate Group global brand.
- Represent the company at international real estate events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Lead and manage a team of international sales professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international real estate regulations.
- Full-time permanent contract.
- Be part of a well-established and continuously growing company.
- Work in an international environment.
- Develop a professional career in the real estate sector. Comprehensive initial and ongoing training.

- Proven track record in Real Estate or similar.
