Responsabilidades
- Seguimiento de las relaciones comerciales
- Dirigir la estrategia de arrendamiento conjuntamente con el resto del equipo (operaciones, finanzas), elaborando y aplicando el plan de arrendamiento y calendario, logrando los objetivos de arrendamiento y ocupación a tiempo. Dirigir y motivar al equipo de Leasing en la oficina de servicios y en las residencias/propiedades para lograr los objetivos y resultados generales de ventas. Incluye la supervisión y el desarrollo de equipos interfuncionales. Analizar la competencia y definir conjuntamente con el equipo de operaciones y finanzas el modelo de fijación de precios para los niveles de alquiler adecuados necesarios para lograr los mejores objetivos económicos posibles.
- Elaborar, proponer para su aprobación, controlar y gestionar el presupuesto general de las acciones de leasing y comerciales, así como coordinar la elaboración y control de la ejecución del presupuesto de las residencias/propiedades para las acciones de leasing y comerciales.

- Construir el espíritu de comunidad y las relaciones con los estudiantes y padres. Crear una experiencia de residencia única para los residentes.
- Proponer y apoyar o ejecutar actividades y eventos de grupo para los residentes.
- Garantizar que la salud y la seguridad, el funcionamiento y la apariencia cumplen las normas pertinentes de la empresa. Seguir los protocolos de seguridad en caso necesario. Informar a la Dirección de la Residencia o a los departamentos pertinentes encargados en cuanto se detecte cualquier necesidad en estas áreas.
- Ayudar a conseguir el mejor entretenimiento en las instalaciones. Informar al equipo de mantenimiento cuando sea necesaria alguna reparación especializada.

- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including sales conversion, profit margin, and average order value.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Sales Designers (both employed and self-employed).
- Coach and mentor your team through one-on-one sessions, training programs, and coaching visits.
- Engage directly with customers to enhance the buying experience and drive sales success.
- Leadership Excellence – Motivate and guide your team to exceed targets.
