About the Company:
Join a leading international insurance multinational with its main headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. You will be part of a highly experienced, fully remote, and international team responsible for building and scaling next-generation cloud solutions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere in Spain, while collaborating daily with global teams.

The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with 7+ years of professional experience and a strong specialisation in building modern, complex user interfaces. You will drive the development of responsive web applications, design the necessary APIs, and manage the associated AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Modern Frontend Development: Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
API Design & Integration: Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable RESTful APIs specifically to support complex frontend requirements.
AWS Cloud Engineering: Design and manage core AWS infrastructure, focusing on ensuring the secure and highly available deployment of web applications and APIs.
Data Processing: Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to curate data and ensure high data quality for internal monitoring and analytics tools.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and maintain infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaS tools, leveraging Terraform where possible.
DevOps & CI/CD: Establish and manage automated CI/CD pipelines relevant to both frontend and backend deployments.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and international engineering teams, contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring junior colleagues.

Cloud Engineering Strong hands-on experience in AWS (CI/CD, deployment, and infrastructure management). 3+ years
Language Proficiency Perfect / Native-level English (mandatory for daily collaboration with international teams).
Highly Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):
Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
Experience in Data Engineering, including ETL processes and data curation techniques.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and improve development processes.

Funciones

Buscamos un Senior Front End Software Developer altamente competente para integrarse a nuestro equipo y contribuir al escalado de activos de IA y al desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras basadas en Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) y Document Understanding.

Formarás parte de un equipo multidisciplinario que trabaja en la intersección de LLMs, arquitecturas agentic, e integración de aplicaciones, impulsando el futuro de soluciones basadas en IA.

Funciones:

-Desarrollar interfaces front end intuitivas, escalables y altamente responsivas utilizando React.
-Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (IA, backend, producto, diseño) para construir aplicaciones y soluciones impulsadas por inteligencia artificial.
-Integrar tecnologías emergentes de IA, incluyendo Large Language Models (LLMs), arquitecturas de agentes y flujos de RAG.
-Participar en el diseño y desarrollo de productos enfocados en Document Understanding y funcionalidades AI-driven.
-Garantizar la calidad del software mediante buenas prácticas, patrones escalables y enfoque en mantenibilidad.
-Contribuir al ciclo completo de vida del desarrollo: diseño, implementación, pruebas y despliegue.

Requisitos

-Experiencia comprobada como Full Stack o Front End Developer, con dominio sólido de React.
-Conocimientos profundos de LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector stores y conceptos relacionados con IA/ML.
-Experiencia en el diseño de soluciones escalables, fiables y mantenibles.
-Familiaridad con integraciones y desarrollo de aplicaciones que utilizan modelos generativos.
-Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de forma autónoma, proactiva y orientada a resultados.
-Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.
-Nivel fluido de inglés.

- TELETRABAJO: 3 días/semana
