WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
Your main functions will be:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of product development, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy, considering market analysis, trends and customer feedback.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the business development team to create and execute effective product launch and positioning campaigns.
- Offer collaboration: Collaborate with the business development team to generate customer offers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and adjust product strategies accordingly.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure delivery of high quality products.
- KPI Management: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to assess product success and make necessary adjustments.
- Customer Relationship: Maintain a close relationship with customers to ensure that their needs are reflected in the products developed. Continuous Innovation: Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and the generation of new ideas.
For this position, we are looking for experts, with a degree in Engineering and additional training in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA or a related field. Professional experience in Product Management in Technology or Software sectors. Proficiency in product marketing strategies, market research, and product lifecycle management. Experience with product management tools and data analysis. Communication and Strategic Thinking skills with a focus on simultaneous management of multiple projects.
MBA education and project management certifications a plus: PMP, etc. Product management certifications: CSPO, etc.
