Job Purpose

The main function to develop the Fleet Manager position will be to lead the management of the LEVEL fleet, including all retrofit projects and the incorporation of new aircraft with the following responsibilities: to define an exhaustive Project plan of each phase of the Project, to guarantee the resources needed, to monitor milestones and risks, to manage the project governance, to prepare reporting to make decisions and to coordinate all stakeholders involved to achieve the objectives of the project

Challenges

To guarantee the correct execution of all retrofit projects of LEVEL:

• To develop a Project plan with key milestones and objectives to be achieved including key responsibilities and resources needed
• To monitor the progress of the Project, considering not only the deadlines but also costs and resources involved
• To define KPIs to monitor the success of the Project and prepare reporting to make decisions

Your Role

• You support the People Operations team in day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics
• You contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes and take ownership of your own projects
• You create and manage national and international employment contracts, certificates, and official documents
• You maintain and develop our HR systems and ensure high data quality

¿En qué consistirá tu trabajo?

· Elaborar los horarios y gestionar el mantenimiento de servicios.

· Crear y mantener el calendario de servicios en GESTRA.

· Elaborar la base de servicios de forma quincenal, atendiendo a los parámetros de convenio y optimizando en lo posible la distribución de los servicios, para tratar de minimizar la generación de horas extras, o de horas negativas en los ciclos de trabajo.

· Organizar y repartir las vacaciones anuales del personal de movimiento. De forma que, respetando el convenio, logre el reparto más uniforme a lo largo del año, atendiendo a las distintas necesidades de personal en las épocas del año.

· Gestionar y organizar las horas sindicales.

· Participar en la organización de la asignación de servicios, de cursos y CAP.

· Trabajar y gestionar el servicio diario, descansos y servicios de los conductores.

· Atender y gestionar las distintas incidencias (enfermedades, permisos retribuidos, solicitudes de fiestas etc.).

· Generar y traspasar al SAE los horarios.
