What will I be doing?
As the Manager of Talent & Leadership Development, Continental Europe (CE) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future leadership landscape of our CE Hotel operations and you will be providing support - particularly in Talent Data analysis - to the EMEA region.
In This Dynamic Position, You Will
- Strategic Development and Communication: Support a compelling talent and leadership strategy that synchronizes with our overarching business objectives. Engage with top-tier executives, including SVPs and AVPs, GMs and Regional HRDs to tailor the strategy to regional nuances and business needs, ensuring robust alignment and commitment across the board.
- Talent Review and Succession Planning: Spearhead the Talent Review process, utilizing tools to methodically assess and interpret talent data. You will orchestrate detailed succession plans and career development pathways, pinpointing and nurturing high-potential talent to secure a strong leadership pipeline. You will facilitate regional talent reviews and carry out hotel talent deep dives.
- Leadership Development Programs: Coordinate, deliver and administer impactful leadership development programs tailored to the specific challenges and opportunities of owned/managed hotels in EMEA. These programs are designed to not only elevate leadership skills but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth. Our goal is to provide leadership development for all, in addition to running bespoke signature programs.
- Partnership and Stakeholder Management: Establish and deepen relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and support the regional talent agendas. Your role as a trusted advisor will involve recommending strategic initiatives and coordinating with the Learning Team to address specific regional learning needs.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion a diverse and inclusive workforce by integrating these core values into all aspects of talent management and leadership development. Your efforts will support broader corporate diversity goals, creating an inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement and oversee metrics that gauge the effectiveness of talent initiatives. Regularly report to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Resource Management and Budgeting: Efficiently manage departmental resources, ensuring activities are within budget and resources are optimized to meet strategic goals.
- Travel and Support: Be prepared to travel across regions to directly engage with teams, lead workshops, and provide on-ground support, ensuring the successful implementation of global strategies and programs.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Educational and Professional Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Hotel Management or a related field, with proven experience in international environments.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to lead by example, inspire change, and communicate Leadership programs across all levels of the organization. - Advanced Education: A Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Professional Certifications: Such as Certified Coach or CIPD certification.
- Project management experience

ROL Y RESPONSABILIDADES

FUNCIONES
