You are the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer.
You are our expert in the field of placements and installations of our UFOs.
You ensure that everything will be arranged as discussed with our sales manager and proactively advise on which product(s) suit the customer best.
If necessary, you check the project sites, check the availability, and manage the logistic process.
There is close contact with the managers on site about where the systems are located exactly, what they can expect, and what needs to be communicated.
You continue monitoring the project in the background for the duration of the project.
If necessary, you'll visit the customer again in the meantime.

We are seeking a Project Manager to manage delivery of eCOA projects to internal and external clients.
Job Overview
Validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to metrics for project success and begins to suggest appropriate metrics; provides input to and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
Responsibility
- Manage day to day implementation of eCOA projects
- Manage internal staff to support customer projects and manage internal service projects
- Define and monitor project scope, budget, timelines, resources, quality and deliverables for the full project life cycle
- Ensure the project team adheres to high quality service and all applicable corporate and client policies and standards
- Regularly review project contract terms and conditions, and project plan to ensure that all assumptions are still valid
- Work in close collaboration with the internal or external project stakeholders to achieve the study goals
- Establish strong customer relationships and seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and propose solutions
- Keep customers well informed on status of internal service efforts and serves as liaison between internal staff and customer
- Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for customer engagements

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a LoanIQ Business Analyst, you will be part of the LoanIQ IT team providing global service to SCIB´s main units in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Collaborating in the execution of migration integration projects and implementation of new products and functionalities for syndicated loan operations, on the LoanIQ product. You will also participate in quality plans and in evolutionary or corrective maintenance activities and functional support of the LoanIQ application. In any of these activities working closely with other employees and service provider teams, according to predetermined service models.
You will be up to date with the evolution of the application due to new projects and you will monitor that the development of new solutions is done under the standards defined for LoanIQ and that they also do not impact the quality of the service or the correct performance of the application, identifying synergies and anticipating possible conflicts or dependencies.
You will provide functional support for the development of applications, components and software solutions and will support the analysis, definition and estimation of the developments and configurations that need to be addressed to respond to business requirements, ensuring that expectations are met.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
• Advice and functional support in the design of solutions and configurations in LoanIQ.
• Definition of good practices in the integration of the LoanIQ product with other Bank applications.
