What to expect?

We're offering the opportunity to join our 3-year rotation program in Barcelona and Girona. From day one you will be exposed to making a difference in real life situations, projects and jobs. We'll give you an experience of working across the whole range of disciplines within our Supply Chain, including manufacturing, logistics, planning, lean and engineering.

Our Supply Chain helps keep us meeting our customer expectations, with over 1,000,000 customer locations and a turnover of $15bn per year, this is no small task.

We will support you as you embark on your journey with Ecolab whilst giving you space to grow and learn at your own pace.

What you’ll need?

• We are interested in meeting individuals with diverse backgrounds: Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical), Chemistry, Health, Safety & Environment and Business Degrees & Supply Chain at an Undergraduate or Master’s level.
• Desire to grow and develop your expertise across a wide range of disciplines within a cross-border supply chain team
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of another European language beneficial
• Being self-driven and motivated to grow and develop
• Proven ability to adapt to new challenges and excel in an every changing environment
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and creative thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and cultural sensitivity
• Experience working with: Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps and other data visualization/automation tools
• Located in the Barcelona area with flexibility to relocate to Celrá (1 year of rotation will be in Girona)

Desde la división de RAS Recruiting, especialistas en selección directa, te acompañamos en la búsqueda de tu nuevo proyecto profesional. Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un/a SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER para una empresa del sector alimentación, ubicada en la zona de GIRONA.

🔍 ¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES?

Serás responsable de garantizar un flujo de producción eficiente y sin interrupciones, optimizando la planificación diaria:

• Gestión de stocks y compras: Supervisar y gestionar los stocks de materia prima y productos finales necesarios para la fabricación, así como coordinar las compras de los mismos a través del ERP, garantizando la disponibilidad de los materiales en tiempo y forma.
• Planificación de producción: Elaborar y actualizar el planning de producción a un año vista, así como la planificación semanal y diaria para todas las plantas, optimizando recursos y tiempos de fabricación según las necesidades de demanda.
• Distribución del producto final: Coordinar la distribución del producto final hacia las plataformas y filiales de la compañía, asegurando la correcta entrega según los plazos establecidos y los requerimientos logísticos.
• Intercompany: Gestionar las relaciones y flujos de productos entre las distintas unidades de la empresa, optimizando las transferencias internas y colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de cada filial para asegurar la continuidad del suministro.
• Planificación de demanda con IBP: Utilizar el software de planificación integrada de negocios (IBP) para gestionar el forecast en tiempo real, asegurando que la fabricación se ajuste a las previsiones de demanda y contratos a largo plazo, con una visibilidad constante del estado de los pedidos.

✅ ¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?

• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Grado en Logística y Transporte, o disciplina afín.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en el sector alimentación.
• Sólidos conocimientos en la cadena de suministro y planificación de producción.
• Experiencia en el uso de SAP para gestión de producción y materiales.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés para coordinar peticiones de producción con el grupo.

Eres la persona ideal si te caracterizas por tu autonomía y dinamismo y te encanta el trabajo en equipo.

• Contrato inicial de un año con posibilidad de continuidad en la empresa.
• Horario flexible, de lunes a jueves entrada entre las 07:45h y las 09:15h y salida entre las 16:45h y las 18:30h, viernes de 08:00h a 15:00h.
