Offer DescriptionThe Centre for Advanced Studies of Blanes (CEAB) is one of the 121 institutes of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), one of the largest public research institutions in Europe.
Founded in 1985 and located on the Costa Brava, CEAB has a unique specialisation in aquatic ecology, covering high mountain and river ecosystems as well as coastal and marine environments, with a highly multidisciplinary approach (genomics, taxonomy, modelling, biogeochemistry, etc.).
Its mission is to understand and protect aquatic ecosystems in response to global change, promoting their restoration and sustainability.

CEAB-CSIC is seeking candidates to fill a newly created position, which will be offered through the CSIC Employment Pool.
Within the framework of the DEEP-MaX Programme, a CSIC initiative that sets out a pathway towards excellence and is implemented through a Scientific Project and an Excellence Plan at the centre level, we require a specialist in collaboration, knowledge transfer, and social impact in the field of R&D&I in aquatic ecology (marine and continental).
The selected candidate will work in a newly established unit, the Collaboration, Knowledge Transfer, and Social Impact Unit at CEAB-CSIC, which will be part of the Research Promotion Office at the centre.
The candidate will work under the supervision of the Director, collaborating with the different units of the Research Promotion Office (strategy, internationalisation, communication, talent, etc.
), as well as with the Administration and Management of the centre.
The objective of this new unit is to promote external collaboration, knowledge transfer, and social impact, strengthening public and private partnerships, focusing on research with social impact, and enhancing internal training.
Tasks to be performedStrategic mapping and partnerships: Conducting strategic mapping and diagnosis, identifying opportunities, and consolidating partnerships with other research centres and public administrations.Knowledge management and training: Assessing staff capabilities, planning, and implementing training programmes.Knowledge transfer and dissemination: Developing research portfolios, advising on the protection and transfer of research results.Governance and sustainability: Establishing and promoting the Social Council, managing the unit, and coordinating with internal units at CEAB and CSIC.Where to applyE-mail: ****** RequirementsResearch Field: Biological sciences » Other

More information can be found in the Resolution of the Presidency of the Spanish National Research Council, which announces the call for a temporary employment pool for hiring staff under research projects, agreements, and contracts.Knowledge and/or experience in knowledge and/or technology transfer, social impact, R&D&I agreements and contracts, and/or collaboration agreements.Experience in R&D&I centres.Knowledge of English (minimum level B1 or equivalent).Proficiency in Spanish and/or Catalan (C1 level or equivalent).Other desirable qualifications: Education and/or experience in biology, ecology, environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or similar disciplines.Knowledge and/or experience in collaboration and transfer related to CEAB's research areas.Knowledge and/or experience in R&D management and promotion: internationalisation, the EU Framework Programme, scientific culture, scientific strategy, etc.Understanding of Public Research Organisations within the Spanish General State Administration (OPIs-AGE): regulations and operations.Knowledge of the R&D&I model in Catalonia (CERCA centres, ICREA programme, AGAUR, etc.).
Knowledge and/or experience in intellectual and industrial property rights regulations.Availability for on-site work.Leadership, autonomy, teamwork, and strategic vision, with strong interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.Languages: ENGLISH Level Good

- Gestión y auditoría del proceso de nómina (actualmente hay dos técnicos de nómina).
- PRL con Servicio de Prevención Ajeno.
- Atención al trabajador y resolución de dudas e incidencias.
- Desarrollo de acciones de employer branding.
- Proyectos para fomentar el engagement.
- RSC.
- Asegurar que el compliance se está cumpliendo.
- Diseñar proyectos estratégicos para desarrollar el departamento.
- Participar en el Comité de Dirección
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Experiencia de 5-10 años en un rol similar.
- Muy valorable formación superior en Recursos Humanos (Máster o Posgrado).
- Muy valorable experiencia en la creación y/o gestión de un departamento de RRHH.
- Castellano y catalán bilingüe (IMPRESCINDIBLE), Inglés fluido muy valorable.
- Visión estratégica, vocación de ayuda, capacidad de influencia y liderazgo de proyectos.
