We are hiring a Travel Operations Specialist to join our Business Services team, ensuring smooth travel for colleagues and guests from countries all around the world to our company meetings and industry events. Our team set travel policy, support travel decisions, respond to travel emergencies and are responsible for supplier relationships.
We look for positive team players who are self-driven and results oriented, with excellent attention to detail. The best candidates show that they are forward planners, reliable and determined, and keen to assume responsibility for projects, processes and policy. We are a unique global business, so we are not looking for candidates with extensive experience so much as excellent organisers and communicators who are keen to develop skills and strive for continuous improvement.
Location: Worldwide - home based, except in locations where we have an office, such as London, Taipei and Beijing.
Responsibilities
- Engage with colleagues to address travel queries and issues
- Work with the wider business services team on company and industry event plans
- Hold travel vendors accountable for providing excellent service
- Check invoices to ensure accurate charges and timely payments, credits and refunds for travel
- Monitor trends, spend, emissions and compliance with company policy
- Track unused tickets, credits and airline points usage
- Excellent academic results at school and university
- A degree in a business or technical subject
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible and accountable
- Self-awareness and thoughtfulness
- Ability to travel up to four times a year for company events of up to two weeks duration
- Ability to learn new technology and software quickly

FERMAX diseña, fabrica y distribuye VIDEOPORTEROS de última generación con funcionalidades basadas en las tecnologías
del IoT y el Cloud computing, que permiten conectar a los hogares y edificios con elmundo.
Únete al equipo FERMAX para distribuir comercialmente nuestros productos en el mercado nacional.
Las principales áreas de responsabilidad serían:
· Visitas e información a clientes actuales y potenciales sobre las características, utilidad y ventajas de losproductos, así como las
condiciones de compra y ofertas promocionales.
· Mantenimiento actualizado su ruta, nutriéndolo con la incorporación constante de nuevos clientes ycaptación de clientes de la
competencia.
· Proporcionar conocimiento sobre las necesidades y consumo de cada producto.

· Promoción de acciones de marketing en coloración con nuestros Distribuidores: días FERMAX, pirámidesde producto,
campañas personalizadas, cursos de formación a distribuidores e instaladores.
· Atención post venta: Recepción de incidencias técnicas con respuesta a las de nivel básico y derivación asoporte técnico para
resolución de aquellas que precisen un grado de atención más específico.
· Gestión administrativa pertinente: gestión de los cobros y de los impagados; confección y control de lospresupuestos.
· Atención y potenciación de los SATS.
· Control y actualización los stocks de nuestros Distribuidores.
· Mantenimiento actualizado y ampliación de la base de datos de instaladores y distribuidores. Cumplimientode los requisitos del
sistema de Calidad.
· Cumplimiento de la normativa medioambiental tanto en la empresa como en empresas externas.
· Cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
· Delegación de sus funciones relevantes en los procesos de gestión o producción ante ausencias.
