In this position, you will engage with our Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with assistance, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your expertise in communication and dedication to service excellence will be key components of your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English
- Provide comprehensive information regarding products, services, and order management
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers accurately
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service
