We are currently searching for a Sales Representative in the North of Spain (Basque Country, Aragon, Navarra, La Rioja, Cantabria). As a Sales Rep you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and deliver on sales and profit targets and selling interactions to our Healthcare customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Educate Hospital Healthcare professionals to ensure take up of company products to optimize patient outcomes.
- Create, implement and review territory business plans that are aligned to a National strategy and identify and act upon local opportunities.
- Developing and nurturing collaborative relationships to grow existing business base by differentiating solutions clinically and financially versus the competitors.
- Provide clinical, financial and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector.
- Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence.
- Drive the tender management process, including pre-tender focused activity and tender submission.
- Forecast and analyse sales and market data to inform activity and ensure a focused and results driven return on time.
- Use the CRM system to support planning, sequential selling and territory analyses.
- Work closely with peers as well as with the wider team (marketing, clinical, IT) to continually drive a culture of collaboration, support and best practice sharing.
- Degree level qualification or relevant Clinical background.
- Successful and solid Healthcare Sales experience and knowledge of hospital dynamics, decision paths and capital funding mechanisms.
- Knowledge of tenders/deal structuring and ability to negotiate complex sales.
- Interpersonal skills and capacity to adapt to a variety of customer types.
- Tenacity and creative attitude to succeed in a fast paced and changing environment, as well as adapting to evolving internal business priorities.
- Resourceful IT user

Desde Walt HR, buscamos Asesor/a Comercial para Bizkaia cuya misión será visitar los centros escolares asignados por zona para comercializar y asesorar sobre los productos, libros de texto y literatura, robótica, dispositivos y otros materiales digitales y recursos interactivos. Las funciones principales del puesto son:
- Planificar, organizar y realizar las visitas con el fin de abarcar a todos los clientes previstos, tanto reales como potenciales.
- Mantener una comunicación continúa con los clientes informándoles sobre proyectos, productos y servicios, tanto actuales como novedades.
- Planificar y organizar las muestras y productos.
- Mantener actualizada la Base de Datos.
- Negociar con los clientes, respetando los márgenes de maniobra establecidos por el Responsable Comercial y siguiendo sus orientaciones.
- Colaborar con el resto del equipo comercial y con el conjunto de la Unidad de Negocio en el conocimiento del mercado, el análisis y generación de producto y en la consecución de los objetivos generales de la Unidad de Negocio.
- Realizar seguimiento de cobros pendientes.
- Representar a la empresa en distintos actos de carácter educativo.
Se requiere:
- Formación: estudios medios, COU, F.P., etc. valorándose Diplomado y/o Licenciados
- 5 años experiencia comercial, valorable en el sector educativo
- Conocimiento del mundo educativo, valorable haber trabajado como docente
- Nivel bilingüe tanto oral como escrito de Euskera
- Permiso de conducir
- Manejo a nivel usuario de paquete Office
- Conocimiento y manejo de nuevas tecnologías y herramientas digitales.

- Salario fijo + retribución variable
