Requirements And Qualifications

Titulación Requerida: Título de Socorrismo Acuático con certificado de oficialidad de La ESSSCAN, monitor/a de actividades e instructor/a de sala de musculación. Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO).

Experiencia Requerida: Mínimo 1 año en tareas de socorrista en piscinas.

Conocimientos Específicos Imprescindibles: Socorrista y monitor de actividades dirigidas.

Conocimientos Específicos Valorables: Grado medio en actividades físicas y deportivas. Grado superior en enseñanza y animación sociodeportiva.

Idiomas: Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas, preferentemente inglés.

Se valorará titulación en electromecánica y electricidad. Carné de conducir.

Disponibilidad para viajar/ frecuencia: Disponibilidad geográfica.

Otros: Debido al carácter público del servicio que presta la empresa como Servicio Municipal de Aguas, será obligatoria la disponibilidad como retén del trabajador a incorporar, para la resolución de averías que garanticen el funcionamiento del servicio. Por este

motivo, se valorará que el candidato resida en el valle de Güímar.

Role Mission

As a Data Quality Executive, your mission is to perform comprehensive data analysis on Panels, ensuring the delivery of accurate, insightful, and actionable recommendations that drive process improvements and enhance customer service. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

The position is based either in our offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès, or in our offices in Madrid.

Key Outcomes

• Conduct data analysis, both scheduled (consolidated databases) and ad hoc, generating recommendations and conclusions.
• Resolve incidents / Internal or Customer Service inquiries.
• Design and monitor new projects.
• Gather information on processes, analyze, and issue recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to generate ideas and recommendations.
• Ensure the speed, accuracy, and quality of delivery.

Key Capabilities

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate English and advanced Spanish.
• Knowledge of SQL, R Studio, and statistical packages.

Working Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Thursday split shift and Friday intensive shift.

Work Model: Hybrid model, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
