Job Title: Technical Service Engineer NGS

Position Summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Engineer to join our NGS IT team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to apply your expertise in IT & hardware NGS products providing pre- and post-sales support for Life Science Solutions (Life Science products), to improve customer experience and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of Linux-based systems within our CSD Business organization. The TSE IT works closely with the bioinformatics team to handle the work tickets, dispatch Field resources, and raise customer issues as necessary.
- Triages, qualifies, fixes, provides advice or solutions to problems to drive customer technical issues to resolution by using all available resources.
- Responsible for achieving instruments uptime goals (MTTR, Resolution cycle Time, Remote Resolution, CAS)
- Completes required administration duties and is knowledgeable of TSE admin duties (labor hours entry, expense reporting, etc…)
- Other duties as assigned.
- May be required to travel occasionally to customer´s sites, training center and office

- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or M.Sc and PhD ), Software Engineering, IT or related field, or BBA in ICT or Datanome or Vocational Qualification in Information Technology
- Proficiency in Information Technology and/or Software Development/Testing, including knowledge of up-to-date cloud solutions, cloud-based services, and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience of working in a Windows and LINUX environment is critical
- Experience with Network TCP/IP, Firewalls, Active Directory, etc. a must.
- Demonstrable experience with Linux-based systems, particularly Ubuntu.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
- Shown understanding of networking principles and network security
- Experience with data management and database optimization.
- Familiarity with web server administration and virtualization management.
- IT knowledge and basic system administration skills are required.
- Strong system-level debugging and IT problem solving/trouble-shooting skills required.
- In addition, a bilingual language skills proficient in English with Italian or Spanish is an advantage (level C1 oral & written)

Funciones
- Canalizar/coordinar y gestionar las relaciones de forma que, además de las propias, pudieran establecerse entre los laboratorios y cualquier departamento o Dirección del Grupo, con la Farmacia como cliente objetivo.
- Establecer y negociar el acuerdo marco que regule desde un punto de vista cualitativo y cuantitativo las relaciones comerciales entre la Cooperativa y cada uno de los laboratorios asignados.
- Analizar , monitorizar y corregir las desviaciones que pudieran ir surgiendo de forma que no sólo se vayan cumpliendo los objetivos económicos, sino que cada vez la contribución media del negocio con los laboratorios vaya incrementándose. Interacción con dpto de Control de Gestión y Business Intelligence.
- Monitorizar y mejorar constantemente el nivel de servicio de los laboratorios tratando de conseguir la mayor asignación posible en la cuota de producto entre todos los mayoristas. Interacción con Dpto. de Ventas.
- Hacer un seguimiento periódico de las colaboraciones y acciones comerciales-promocionales pactadas para asegurar su cumplimiento. Definición del Plan Comercial de la Categoría junto al área de Negocio y Marketing.
- Gestión de las Categorías asignadas a través del catálogo de artículos de Cofares con todos sus condicionados.
- Optimización del binomio rentabilidad financiera del stock y nivel de servicio a las oficinas de farmacia. Relación directa con el Dpto de aprovisionamiento.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, segmentando estratégicamente los laboratorios y llegando a alcanzar una verdadera relación de "partners" con la Industria Farmacéutica.
- Transversalidad en el trabajo diario con otros departamentos o direcciones de Cofares con el fin de alcanzar el máximo de eficiencia en la oferta global de productos a la farmacia.
Requisitos
- Recomendable Grado en Farmacia
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Category Manager.
- Habilidades de negociación.
- Experiencia en la gestión de cuentas.
- Valorable experiencia previa comercial.
- Valorable experiencia en la Industria Farmacéutica.
