En este momento, buscamos a un/a asistente financiero con enfoque en la administración financiera y contable.

¿Qué buscamos ti?

- Aportar al menos 1 año de experiencia laboral en el rol o puestos similares
- Formación académica focalizada en ADE, Finanzas, estadística o contabilidad
- Aportar experiencia en facturación, costes, márgenes, revenue, reporting, informes financieros y documentación.
- Nivel muy alto de excel, se realizará prueba durante el proceso.

Sobre tus funciones:

- Gestión de facturación
- Control de costes y gastos
- Análisis de márgenes y revenue
- Crear informes financieros y documentación contable

¿Qué ofrecemos en esta posición?

- Contratación indefinida en Arelance
- SBA a negociar: Entre 17.000 y 19.000 euros B/A
- Acceso a formación
- Posibilidad de trabajar en híbrido, asistiendo a oficina situada en PTA de Málaga (2-3 días semanales)
- Jornada intensiva en verano desde 1/7 al 15/9

Document and map the existing business processes.

Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

Propose changes and automation to optimize the processes.

Requirements management:

Gather, analyze, and prioritize user and stakeholder requirements.

Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Manage changes in requirements during the project lifecycle.

Coordination with stakeholders:

Collaborate closely with IT, operations, risk, and other teams.

Facilitate working sessions and workshops with key users.

Testing and validation:

Design and execute test cases to validate requirements.

Coordinate user acceptance testing with end-users.

Ensure that the final deliverables meet the business objectives.

Change management:

Identify the impact of changes on processes, systems, and users.

Develop implementation and training plans.

Monitor the adoption and usage of the implemented solutions
