Formación mínima: Grado medio en administración o similar.

Manejo de Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Actitud responsable, comprometida y con interés por crecer profesionalmente.

Experiencia previa no requerida, aunque será valorada.

Residencia en Palma de Mallorca y alrededores.

Adicionalmente, valoramos: Experiencia en tareas administrativas o en despachos de asesoría laboral.

Conocimientos avanzados de Office 365.

Competencia en idiomas.

Formación superior a la mínima requerida.? ¿Qué funciones desempeñarás?

Gestión documental, archivo digital y tareas administrativas.

Gestión de contratación.

Altas en TGSS, comunicación contratos SEPE, redacción de contratos, etc.

Gestión de incapacidades temporales.

Asistencia en la mecanización de datos y estandarización de formatos.

Colaboración en gestiones con registros oficiales y administraciones públicas (AEAT, Seguridad Social, ATIB).
