En Centro de Formación AFS somos líderes en la Formación Profesional para el Empleo, comprometida con la capacitación y el desarrollo profesional. Buscamos un Project Manager proactivo y con experiencia en marketing para unirse a nuestro equipo y ayudar a impulsar nuestras iniciativas de formación.

Descripción del Puesto

Estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager con conocimientos avanzados en marketing, que será responsable de asistir a la dirección en la planificación y ejecución de convocatorias de formación. Esta persona será el nexo entre los diferentes departamentos (marketing, telemarketing, informática, recursos humanos, responsables de convocatoria, etc.) y jugará un papel clave en la elaboración de estrategias para maximizar la inscripción en nuestros cursos.

Responsabilidades

Asistir a la dirección en la definición y ejecución de estrategias para las diferentes convocatorias.

Brindar asistencia y apoyo a la dirección en todas las gestiones que requiera.

Coordinar y colaborar con los departamentos de marketing, telemarketing, informática, recursos humanos y responsables de convocatoria para asegurar una comunicación fluida y efectiva.

Proponer estrategias de marketing para promocionar los cursos, utilizando diversas herramientas y canales.

Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el progreso de las convocatorias y la efectividad de las estrategias implementadas.

Requisitos

- Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Educación o un campo relacionado.

- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en el sector de la formación o educación.

- Conocimientos avanzados en marketing digital y tradicional.

- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos de manera efectiva.

- Orientación a resultados y habilidades analíticas para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas.

Jornada de lunes a viernes.

Horario: L-V de 09:00-17.

Salario según valía.

• Complete management of assigned projects, planning and coordination, monitoring and compliance with deadlines taking into account the general planning established by management and the head of the department.
• Preparation of technical tasks, planning of workflow and timings, coordination of work processes with several teams of external developers and with Leads of internal departments.
• Link between the Production and Management team in the assigned projects.
• Analysis and proposals for the improvement of processes in all areas and tools of the company, reporting to the head of the department.
• Contact with internal/external clients, negotiation, project monitoring, explanation of workflow and decisions, etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills with all departments, external suppliers and clients.
• At least 3 years of digital project management and 2 years leading teams.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple destination projects at the same time.
• Ability to anticipate, analyze and solve potential problems and doubts before they happen.
• Advanced capabilities of workflow organization, preparation of technical tasks and timing planning.
• High capacity for drafting and negotiating informative notes and preparing technical tasks.
• Most of the information is in English, so the knowledge of this language is very important, at least a C1 & onwards.

El cliente es una empresa que realiza proyectos hoteleros ubicados nacional e internacionalmente. (Islas Canarias, Europa, Asia..)

Descripción

• Gestión Técnica: Supervisar el desarrollo de proyectos arquitectónicos y de ingeniería en todas sus fases.
• Gestión de Costos y Presupuesto: Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto del proyecto, asegurando su cumplimiento.
• Gestión de Plazos y Planificación:Definir y supervisar cronogramas de ejecución, asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos clave.
• Gestión de Negocio y Clientes: Garantizar que las expectativas del Grupo se cumplan en términos de calidad, costos y plazos, o identificar oportunidades del sector.
• Cumplimiento Normativo y Mercado: Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas locales y estándares de construcción en España y Canarias.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Formación en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de la Edificación o carreras afines.
• + 5 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos hoteleros de lujo en las Islas Canarias.
• Nivel de inglés o alemán alto. (indispensable)
