Are you passionate about HR and looking to make a significant impact in a leading automation engineering company? At Adasoft we are excited to announce an opening for a Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team.
Overview: As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Your mission includes:
- Recruiting new professionals across various areas of the company, including internships for university students.
- Handling all necessary paperwork and documentation for onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Managing temporary leave processes, such as sickness and maternity leave.
- Tracking career progression and maintaining up-to-date information on employee roles and evaluations.
- Monitor probation periods and notify relevant supervisors.
- Internal meetings with different areas of the company regarding HR needs.
- Update the employee database with any changes.
- Record and report payroll incidents and information for Social Security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration.
- High proficiency in English Skills (C1)
- Knowledge of business economics and personnel administration is a plus.
- Spanish Bilingual
