About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will assist in designing, developing, testing, and implementing electrical systems and components. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to support project goals, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to innovative engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and drafting of electrical systems, layouts, and schematics using CAD tools.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and specifications.
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and project engineers.
• Help ensure that designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Conduct site visits or inspections to support installation, commissioning, or maintenance as needed.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in electrical engineering.

Required skills & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in electrical engineering (internships or co-op experience preferred).
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a high proficiency in oral and written English.

Desde Hays Interim seleccionamos Ingeniero/a eléctrico/electrónico para una multinacional dedicada al sector energético, ubicada en Sevilla.

La persona seleccionada trabajará en el Departamento Técnico y realizará funciones de estudio de ofertas técnicas, análisis de proyectos, seguimiento del desarrollo de los proyectos ofertados, soporte técnico a la red comercial y a los jefes de producto, visitas a clientes estratégicos, preparación de informes, así como formación de productos a la red comercial y a clientes.

Requisitos:

- Grado universitario en ingeniería eléctrica/electrónica, industrial o telecomunicaciones, o formación profesional de grado superior eléctrica/electrónica.

- Mínimo dos años de experiencia como ingeniero técnico eléctrico/electrónico.

- Inglés nivel intermedio acreditado.

Se ofrece:

Descripción del puesto En Estudio 7 estamos buscando un ingeniero/a civil para un puesto de tiempo completo en Sevilla. Las tareas diarias incluirán el diseño de proyectos de ingeniería civil e industrial, la gestión de recursos hídricos y la colaboración con el equipo para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos. Además, tendrás que coordinar con otros profesionales para garantizar la exitosa finalización de las obras, así como la redacción de ofertas para nuevas licitaciones.

Requisitos

• Aptitudes en diseño de ingeniería orientada a la obra pública.
• Habilidades en la gestión de recursos hídricos y la capacidad para supervisar y gestionar proyectos.
• Excelentes aptitudes comunicativas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design of photovoltaic solar plants and BESS (layout, calculations and electrical measurements).
• Design of Transformer Substations and Inverters (DC/AC): Equipment, control and protections.
• Drafting of technical projects and design reports.
• Technical-economic evaluation of bids for electrical components in solar and BESS plants.
• Drafting of technical specifications for the request for tenders and/or contracting of the installation of electrical works for photovoltaic plants.
• Collaborate in the fulfilment of the quality, health, safety and environmental objectives and targets set by the general management.

En WATS, empresa de ingeniería hidráulica de ámbito nacional y con presencia internacional, nos encontramos en búsqueda de ingenieros de Caminos y/o Agrónomos para el puesto de ingeniero de redacción de proyectos; estudios, cálculos, mediciones, etc.

Como Ingeniero de Proyectos en WATS Técnicas de Ingeniería, serás responsable de redactar, gestionar y supervisar proyectos de ingeniería desde la fase de planificación hasta su ejecución. Tus tareas diarias incluirán la coordinación con otros equipos, la elaboración de planes de proyecto, y la supervisión de actividades de campo. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realizará de manera presencial en nuestras oficinas en Sevilla.

• Valorable conocimientos en: hidráulica, redes de riego y abastecimiento, diseño estaciones de bombeo, hidrología y proyectos de riego a gran escala. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos e ingeniería de proyectos.

• Valorable igualmente conocimientos en programas informáticos GIS, Hec-Ras, IBER, Presto, paquete Office.
