Mission
The mission of the position of Site Administrator during the construction of the Solar Park that will take place in Brazatortas, Ciudad Real, is to manage and coordinate the administrative documentation related to the execution of the project, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and regulations. In addition, he/she must support the organization of resources and processes, maintaining fluid communication between the different teams and parties involved in the work.
Responsibilities
- Support the Construction Production Manager in all administrative tasks.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project contracts: creation of purchase orders and supply and service contracts in the ERP system; order reception; verification of delivery notes; review of certifications and proforma invoices.
- Manage documentation related to site personnel: expense reports, time sheets, medical examinations, etc.
- Manage of the site's document files.
- Administrative professional, FPII or Degree in Administration
- Essential: Construction occupational risk prevention course, minimum 20 hours (Spain)
- Microsoft Office
- ERP
- Join a Spanish multinational with 20 years of experience in the process of international expansion, as well as the possibility of developing a successful professional career in the future.
- Full-time: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00. Intensive working hours during certain months of the year.

We are looking for a Portfolio Coordinator for the North of Spain, where you will manage the area of Soria, Zaragoza, Valladolid and León, where your mission will be to ensure the availability of solar plants and optimise their performance.
MISSION

Responsibilities
- Supervision and coordination of the O&M activities for wind farm
- Warranty compliance
- Monitor compliance with the O&M contract warranties they oversee.
- Coordinate and ensure the success of the final EPC acceptance tests.
- Logistics and procurement
- Obtain and compare quotes for the procurement of goods and services.
- Launch procurement requests for equipment and materials.
- Ensure efficient stock management.
- Propose subcontractors.
- Analysis of production data and incidents
- Track production and project efficiency indicators and benchmark technical performance against expectations.
- Verify accuracy of instrumentation equipment.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily, monthly and annual production and incident tracking reports, weekly report.
- Optimisation
- Optimise plant performance by reducing operating costs, maximising PR and reducing unavailability.
- Compliance with CSR and EHS policies.
- Collaborate on the fulfilment of the Health, Safety and Environment goals and objectives set by management, as well as the introduction of preventive actions in area.
- Be aware of and comply with the regulations, procedures and instructions that affect his work, in particular the prevention and protection measures.
- Collaborate on the integration of health and safety in his area.
- Advanced Technical Degree in Electricity, Electronics or Mechanics.
- High level knowledge of office automation tools.
- Knowledge of communication systems, SCADA and video surveillance.
- Training in Occupational Risk Prevention. Knowledge of quality and PRL management systems.
- Experience in team management, leading people.

Misión
La misión del puesto de Administrativo/a de Obra durante la construcción del Parque Solar que se llevará a cabo en Brazatortas, Ciudad Real, es gestionar y coordinar la documentación administrativa relacionada con la ejecución del proyecto, velando por el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuestos y normativas. Además, deberá dar soporte a la organización de recursos y procesos, manteniendo una comunicación fluida entre los diferentes equipos y partes implicadas en la obra.
Responsabilidades
- Apoyar al Jefe de Producción de Obra en todas las tareas administrativas.
- Realizar tareas administrativas relacionadas con los contratos de obra: creación de órdenes de compra y contratos de suministro y servicios en el sistema ERP; recepción de pedidos; verificación de albaranes; revisión de certificaciones y facturas proforma.
- Gestionar la documentación relacionada con el personal de obra: informes de gastos, hojas de horas, reconocimientos médicos, etc.
- Gestionar los archivos documentales de la obra.
- Profesional administrativo, FPII o Licenciado en Administración
- Imprescindible: Curso de prevención de riesgos laborales de la construcción, mínimo 20 horas (España)
