Requirements
- Native fluency in Spanish
- Ability to express a wide range of emotions through voice
- Ability to record in a quiet environment without background noise
- Access to an at home recording studio
- Experience with any voice-related work (e.g., voiceover acting, podcasting, audio narration)
- Access to a high-fidelity microphone for recordings
- Background in on-screen or on-stage acting, classical voice training, or vocal music
- Access to an audio interface device
- Record short conversations that convey different emotions, accents, and audio modulations
- Review and provide feedback on recordings made by other users
- Review and edit scripts
- Ensure high-quality audio by maintaining clear, professional recordings
- Save files to Audacity and maintain organized file management

- Currently, pay rates for core project work for voice recording are up to $60 USD per hour.

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketer to join Alan’s team in Spain. The core purpose of this role is to open doors to Sales by strengthening Alan's reputation and awareness amongst HRDs and generating business opportunities through targeted field initiatives.
Here is how your key outcomes will look like:
- Execute high-impact field events: Organize and run strategic events targeting HR professionals, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Build and maintain HR network relationships: Establish and nurture key partnerships with HR influencers and decision-makers.
- Increase Alan’s brand presence in the Spanish HR ecosystem: Drive engagement and visibility through field marketing, content, and partnerships.
- Generate business opportunities for sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert brand awareness into leads and pipeline growth.
- Develop localized marketing content: Create compelling event materials, messaging, and communications tailored to the Spanish HR audience.
- Establish Alan as a thought leader: Position Alan within the HR community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements, and industry recognition.
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are:
- Proven experience in field marketing, event marketing, or HR marketing.
- Strong ability to plan, execute, and measure event impact and ROI.
- Excellent networking and pitching skills with C-levels and HR audiences.

About The Opportunity
- Outlier is looking for talented writers with fluency in Spanish to help train generative artificial intelligence models
- This freelance opportunity is remote and hours are flexible, so you can work whenever is best for you
- Reading Spanish (Spain) text in order to rank a series of responses that were produced by an AI model
- Writing a short story in Spanish (Spain) about a given topic
- Assessing whether a piece of Spanish (Spain) text produced by an AI model is factually accurate
- Experience as a professional translator
- Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.)
- Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or field related to writing
- Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing
- Currently, pay rates for core project work by Spanish (Spain) writing experts average USD $25 per hour
- Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments.
