Como Account Executive (Full Cycle) En Emendu, Desempeñarás Un Papel Clave En Impulsar El Crecimiento De Nuestros Ingresos Al Identificar, Conectar y Calificar Clientes Potenciales Para Nuestro SaaS De Renting Tecnológico. Tu Principal Objetivo Será Construir Relaciones Sólidas y Generar Oportunidades Para El Equipo De Ventas. Tus Responsabilidades Incluirán
- Prospección: Investigar y detectar clientes potenciales que se ajusten a nuestro Perfil de Cliente Ideal (ICP) utilizando herramientas como LinkedIn, Google Maps y nuestra plataforma interna de generación de leads con IA.
- Outreach: Realizar un alto volumen de contacto a través de LinkedIn, correo electrónico y llamadas telefónicas, presentando de manera profesional la propuesta de valor de Emendu.
- Calificación de Leads: Formular las preguntas adecuadas para entender los puntos de dolor de los prospectos y determinar si encajan con nuestras soluciones de renting tecnológico.
- Agendamiento de Reuniones: Programar llamadas de descubrimiento y demostraciones para el equipo de ventas, garantizando una transición fluida y proporcionando contexto clave.
- Gestión del CRM: Mantener todas las actividades y detalles de los leads organizados en nuestro CRM para asegurar registros precisos y seguimientos efectivos.
- Colaboración: Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de Ventas y Marketing para alinear mensajes, campañas y estrategias que optimicen el desempeño de las actividades de outreach.
- Retroalimentación: Compartir insights y observaciones derivadas de las conversaciones con los prospectos para informar mejoras en nuestros productos y estrategias de marketing.
- Negociación y Cierre de Contratos: Sé el artífice de acuerdos comerciales, formalizando contratos que aseguren que nuestras soluciones se ajusten perfectamente a las necesidades de cada cliente.
- Experiencia en ventas B2B.
- Mentalidad analítica: Capacidad para investigar, entender y anticiparte a las necesidades de los clientes.

We are growing our Enterprise Sales team locally and looking for someone who will be primarily responsible for engaging with Enterprise prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers.
What is important for us is the mission : as an Account Executive, supported by BDRs, you will find leads, understand the needs of our Enterprise prospects, present our delightful product, drive sales and manage key customer relationships until they sign the contract.
At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.
